Bought my truck on december 31st/2021 the salesman was one of the best on this business but the financial Dept. Hernando filled up my paperwork and somehow he hide out the extended warranty care plus,etch one of the best on this business but the financial Dept. Hernando filled up my paperwork and somehow he hide out the extended warranty care plus,etch,road hazard and key fob for a total of 6.800.00 I NEVER AUTHORIZED THIS GUY TO ADD THIS TO MY SALES CONTRACT i told him upfront that i did not want any extended warranty since i used to be a master tech with Toyota for years.I went to the dealer several times to correct this problem but nothing worked out I spoke to another person on the financial dept.to cancel these policies but they did but never send the regulatory paperwork to Fidelity Warranty Services i had to do it on my own all the time then i talked to Customer Relations Manager Kurt Lumpp he tried to help me out but somehow he drop the ball because i requested an appointment with Mr. Adriano Pucci general manager at dearle to bring to his attention the bad business practice by some employees but he never scheduled it to this date all he cared was about filling up the post sale dealer survey wich in fact he insisted so much that he got my wife's phone on his hand and filled it up himself bad practice and big mistake on my wife .I took me 2 months and 23 days to clear this mess on my account to get the money back on my account BEWARE OF THE FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT AT THIS DEALER More
