I had a Service Appointment. I made my appointment previously, arrived on time and I had to wait 45 minutes to be taken care of by a Service Advisor, I received more than 10 apologies for the waiting previously, arrived on time and I had to wait 45 minutes to be taken care of by a Service Advisor, I received more than 10 apologies for the waiting time, but not on single person was taken care of me. Then the assigned Service Advisor got all the facts about the requested service and put my car through the queue. After 2 hours I had to go back and ask for status, she explained me that the basic service was done but they still had to inspect another part and request approval for the warranty execution. After another 3 hours I went back and ask for status, this time she said that the part is in fact defective but they had to get approval from Mopar that they will contact me soon since they do not work on weekends. This was 3 weeks ago and nothing has happened even when I have been calling and texting the SA. I tried look for the Service Manager and could not find that person, he never showed up or walked through the Service Area, his door seems to be closed all the time. One person called me last week to survey me about my experience and I share this with her, but nothing happened, they comply with the call, but not action was taken. Facility is open and ample space for waiting in a social distancing environment. Snacks and coffee was available, but not hand sanitizer or cleaning product around to disinfect frequent touch areas. They have enough business, so I am sure this review will be irrelevant, but if you want to be treated as a customer, I highly recommend to evaluate other options. I called Mopar and they confirmed my coverage in 15 minutes and even them, recommended me to look for another dealer in the area. More
