Brought my car in for service and Chris my advisor seemed to be awesome and knowledgeable. I called a week ago and requested to reserve a rental car for me knowing how difficult it is to secure a rental. Nee to be awesome and knowledgeable. I called a week ago and requested to reserve a rental car for me knowing how difficult it is to secure a rental. Needless to say I got to dealership and went to Enterprise and guy said I have no cars, 4 people ahead of you and it's going to be a VERY long time of at all. I went back to Chris and explained the situation and he was working to, "See what he could do!" I didn't get a rental car and they said they could try and get me one. I drove home, 35 minutes and they called and said I have a car for you. Drove all the way back to find out that because I had words with the Enterprise guy because I was supposed to have a car reserved, they would NO longer rent me a vehicle. I purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee and this is the way that they treat their customers!!! I will be filing a claim with Jeep corporate and with the better business bureau and the consumer finance protection bureau. Don't take your car in for service here!!! More

We had a great experience -- Needed someone to look at an issue I was having with steering and wobble. Alex was fairly knowledgeable about this issue (glad to hear he is also a Jeep owner) and wrote me up so issue I was having with steering and wobble. Alex was fairly knowledgeable about this issue (glad to hear he is also a Jeep owner) and wrote me up so that the technicians could check a few things. Gearbox replaced under warranty!! -- No hassle. Jeep feels MUCH better! -- 30K service performed and gearbox replaced in just one day ... car ready for pick up much sooner than anticipated. Alex is thorough and professional. I can see why others have given him good reviews. I will certainly look for him on my next service visit. Great job, Alex. Great job, service department. Thank you! More
