If you are like most of us, we are terrified when going to the mechanic just the same when going to the dentist. That to me all changed when I met Chris Ayala (service advisor) at Arrigo Sawgrass. I'm 45 y to the mechanic just the same when going to the dentist. That to me all changed when I met Chris Ayala (service advisor) at Arrigo Sawgrass. I'm 45 years old and lately it's been hard to find good service and great service is unheard-of. Well I found the unfinable. Chris is old school service, where you get the service you should get and more. Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and has kept his promises. He has been available over the phone and in person. I highly recommend if you own a Dodge to call or come by and speak to Chris at Arrigo Sawgrass service for all your car services. Hopefully Arrigo takes care of him. It would be a shame to loose such a great employee to a competitor. Great customer service is hard to find. More
