Giancarlo lied to get me into dealership by saying a vehicle was in stock and set an appointment for 7pm and was with another customer when i arrived at 7 and the car was previously sold at 9:30 am that vehicle was in stock and set an appointment for 7pm and was with another customer when i arrived at 7 and the car was previously sold at 9:30 am that same day and he made me wait in showroom for over 35min saying he ent another salesman who was looking for it in the lot . I wound up liking a more expensive vehicle and purchased it but was not aware The door lock was broken because the alarm still armed the vehicle and locked all other doors. When I came back to get fixed the service manager wanted to charge me 900$ to fix something they already knew was broken and the GM told me "as is , is as is " like I'm SOL !
