Giankarlo worked really hard to meet my needs. He was not pushy IN ANY WAY and instead took the time to understand what I was looking for and found me the EXACT vehicle I wanted at an UNBEATABLE price. This salesman (Giankarlo) left an EVERLASTING impression on me. I truly appreciate his sincerity. He is a man of his word and made sure everything we agreed upon went through. 10 days later after buying my vehicle I still received calls and messages from Giankarlo and his team making sure I was happy with my new car and with my experience at Arrigo. I will DEFINITELY come back to Arrigo and see GIANKARLO for my next car! DON’T waste your time at OTHER dealerships! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Arrigo at Sawgrass and specifically Giankarlo Serrano.
