Arrigo I dropped my vehicle off on Saturday the 3rd of September. My vehicle was not looked at until I called on Friday the 9th of September. On the 9th of September I was told I would get an estimate on September. My vehicle was not looked at until I called on Friday the 9th of September. On the 9th of September I was told I would get an estimate on Saturday the 10th. I did not get an estimate until Monday the 12th. I was told my vehicle would be ready on Thursday the 15th. On Wednesday the 14th I was told that my vehicle would not be ready on the 15th. On Thursday morning I asked when my vehicle would be ready and got no response. I was finally called Friday morning and told that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I picked up my vehicle and found that the front passenger seat cover is so dirty that I have to take it out and get it cleaned. Also my car stereo is not working at all. And now I have to take my vehicle back to Best Buy to get my car stereo working again and pay out of pocket for that. I had to pay over $900 for a vehicle rental for the almost two weeks that it took the dealership service department to repair my vehicle. And now I’m incurring additional expenses due to having my vehicle repaired at this dealership. More
