After my first service visit with Ashley a few months ago I decided to come back when my AC broke. Ashley was extremely helpful yet again. During the repair, a plastic piece of my dashboard was damaged and A I decided to come back when my AC broke. Ashley was extremely helpful yet again. During the repair, a plastic piece of my dashboard was damaged and Ashley assured me they would fix it and return my car good as new. After fixing she tested the AC again and found it wasn't working and had the correct part replaced. She ensured everything was done correctly and returned my car to me as promised. I will be returning again as long as Ashley is there to assist. More

They force you to review their dealership and watch over your shoulder as you do so. I’m sure a lot of the reviewers on here have been forced into giving 5 stars. I can’t say what it’ll be like at the end o your shoulder as you do so. I’m sure a lot of the reviewers on here have been forced into giving 5 stars. I can’t say what it’ll be like at the end of your purchase or how good their prices and deals are but when it comes to customer service and their sales tactics it’s very rude and belittling. They treat you like a punk and/or burden if you’re hesitant or not 100% sure on what you want to do. I’ll say if you’re looking for a relaxing purchasing/browsing experiences try somewhere else or at least don’t get the rep I did (I will find his name and give him 1 star once I finish this). As for their prices and deals at the end it may be worth it, I’m not going to speak on that, but don’t come here if you want a relaxing experience. After being cursed at but one of the lead salesman (again I will find and 1 star him after this), I just left and went next door to Infiniti where I was treated much better by every employee and I receive top tier help from Robert Richards.
