I decided to use Ashley because of her reviews on this site. I texted her the day before and asked her if I could bring my 2020 Pacifica in for service to my surprise she texted me back with in 5 min. Wow site. Wow somebody that actually gets back to you communication with a customer is so important. Being in sales for fifty years develop a relationship with a customer you will sell more. Now back to the service the vehicle was written up by Chris who was very professional, handed back to Ashley and work completed with a video also told me about the three oil change special and saved about ten bucks per oil change develop a relationship and you will sell more.
