just came back from what seemed like an eternity of waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over 45 mins to be told by then service advisor (tommy lenci) that he would be with me in a minute as soon as he finishes with the customer ahead of me ........... needless to say that customer was done with and long gone , meanwhile im the only customer left waiting there while i witnessed 3 other vehicles pulled up and been attended too by the same advisor .... so im sitting thereas if im invisible .... wtf !!! this needs to be dealt with asap !!!!! More
Brought my jeep srt8 in for oil change. They rotated the tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fi tires (rear tires are bigger than front). Damaged the rims and tires. Took a while for them to admit guilt. Now has been 6 weeks and still haven't fixed my truck. They are trying to get ME to pay to replace the rear tires that THEY ruined. Will never do business with them again. More

Sherry helped my father and I pick out the PERFECT truck, although I went in looking for a Jeep I left with a 2011 Dodge Ram 1500. The truck is perfect for me. This is the third time a member of my family has used this Dealership. I recommended my wife who purchased a Jeep Commander in 2006, and still has it because of the Service Department. I recommended my Sister who bought a Crossfire, and still owns it. She also Loves it. This is my first purchase with Arrigo. I traded in a Cadillac because the Salesman at Ed Morse were like shark in a fishtank. They were aggressive and pushy. That's not the way I want to be dealt with. When I walked in to Arrigo, the Receptionists were friendly, Jimmy Mullins greeted me without any problems and Collin helped me even though I was unsure as to what I wanted to do. I initially thought about purchasing a used vehicle, but after reviewing the pricing for a new vehicle, I, decided to go with a new Charger. It was my decision to go new, without any pressure from any member of the Dealership. That's the way to deal with a customer. In the old days, you would barely be able to park your car in a lot without having a Salesman open your door and try to push you in to a vehicle that he wanted to put you in, not the car you were looking for. Thanks to everyone at Arrigo, it was a painless process. Even the financing with Marc Sclafani was an easy process. He worked hard to get me something I was satisfied with. Thanks to all! Scott A. Bought a jeep there in 2009. Experience was great! Come back in 2011, experience HORRIBLE! No communication from Finance about the vehicle I had. When issues arose I could not get a straight answer. They did not try to really shop around for a good bank for me. Was eager to get me into a $21000 loan but could not get a sole to talk to me when I brought the car back. Could not give me the keys to my original Jeep because they said the tow truck driver kept it!!!! WHAT???? I offered to return the car shortly after purchasing it but was told 'don't worry everything will work out, don't panic'. They refused hear me when I asked to be Financed by my previous finace company. Al the Finance director called my phone with a very bad attitude. Deposited my check even after speaking with them and asking them to hold the check a little longer. ZERO Communication!!! Bad customer service! Bad Attitudes all around! FELT LIKE I WAS BEING LIED TO THE WHOLE TIME! More
