My vehicle was in for a warranty service on 01/25/2012 thru 01/26/2012. Customer service was great. All of my issues were resolved except for one issue with my transmission. The experience with this dealer was nothing but pleasurable. As soon as walked in a young lady asked me what I was looking for. I told her that I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012, she cal pleasurable. As soon as walked in a young lady asked me what I was looking for. He offered me options and we sent to see what he had available. I saw the car I liked and he went to get the correct key. He took me for a test drive while he explained all the perks that this Overland had. I asked if he could throw the running board to the deal. He talked to the manager and he was able to get them. I moved on to the finance guy Joe Fin. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was done in not time, mind you that I had to sign 100 papers ? he explained all about the warrantee and what he suggested the best options for me. No pressure at at all. And then we moved to Mark ‘after dark” guy. Very nice guy, asked how my experience was and explained more about the car. I have bought many brand new cars in my life; I can tell that these people were not pushy. They were extremely nice. I will do business with them any time. I selected the vehicle and negotiated the price within 30 Minutes. Then I waited for 3 Hours to meet with the finance person to complete the paperwork. Was dissappointed that the vehicle had less than a half of tank of gas as I drove off. Discovered the next day that they forgot to put the floor mats in and had to drive back the next day to get them. Overall, the price was good, the purchase experience was bad. I would recommend giving this dealer a chance for pricing only. More

A trip to a dealership to buy a car is usually about as enjoyable as a dentist visit. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass was quite the opposite. Sherry was one of the most pleasant car sales person that I enjoyable as a dentist visit. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass was quite the opposite. Sherry was one of the most pleasant car sales person that I have ever worked with. She was not pushy, answered all my questions honestly and was extremely helpful in picking out a vehicle. Joe in Finance was efficient and professional. And Mark...well, Mark is a special person. I almost felt like I was the straight man in a comedy team. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More
