My experience this past weekend on a purchase of a new Dodge Durango was exceptional. From when we first arrived and Robert in Finance remembered us from the previous year and hooked us up with Milot and Dodge Durango was exceptional. We have purchased numerous vehicles over the years and have had some good experiences as well as VERY negative experiences when working with car dealerships. We did not feel like anyone was trying to jerk our chains and all in all, the whole process was reasonably quick once a decision was made. We had our 3 year old daughter with us and after a couple of hours at the dealership, she was getting hungry and tired. We had no cash for the onsite food vendor, so the finance manager (Marc) and Luis worked hard to move us out the door. Each person we interacted with was pleasant and very accommodating. Mark After Dark had a great personality and offered a lot of information about our new vehicle. I feel I should also give Luis a specific pat on the back. We knew what we wanted when we walked in the door and typically come into a car buying experience with our battle armor on. We explained to Luis that we did not want to play games and were very pointed in our willingness to go to a different dealership. Luis handled us very professionally and not once did we feel pressured by him to stay and work a deal there. We appreciated the fact that it was streamlined without any nonsense. Luis did a very good job with this, making it clear that not only did he want to sell the vehicle, but he wanted to do right by the dealership as well as us as the customer. We were not only impressed with the friendliness of the personnel, but the degree to which they worked with our trade and gave us a great offer on a 2011 managers special. They also honored our request for a full tank of gas despite the offered $20 fill up, however, I have to wonder if Luis paid for the difference himself. Either way, he truly went out of his way to make sure we were happy with our purchase. THe day after the car purchase, my husband shared his positive reviews with a co-worker. This co-worker raved about the customer service and good pricing at this dealership as he has purchased a few vehicles there himself. We were all in agreement that we would readily return to this Arrigo for future purchases. Ultimately, I feel that it is safe to say that this was one of the most positive car buying experiences we have had. More
