I have purchase 4 new vehicles in my life, a 1992 Isuzu p/up, a 1996 Dodge Ram, a 2001 Dodge Ram and now a 2013 Dodge Ram. With all of those previous vehicle purchases I can honestly say the customer servi p/up, a 1996 Dodge Ram, a 2001 Dodge Ram and now a 2013 Dodge Ram. With all of those previous vehicle purchases I can honestly say the customer service was ok. But I can say with the purchase of my new 2013 Dodge Ram the buying experience was OUTSTANDING. Henry the sales person, Jason the sales manager, and Ken the finance officer really knew how to treat a customer. xxxx, Jason even stopped by my BBQ trailer and bought a few dinners from me. I had the pleasure of working with Lt. Dan Welsh in order to purchase my new 2013 Dodge Charger R/T. For the first time in a long time, I felt 0 sales pressure from Dan... the general profile that most people consider "car sales people" to be, wasn't Dan at all... he didn't once try to push me into a decision, so deciding to go back to him was a no brainer... I hate going to dealerships where the sales guys try to sell you everything you don't want... "Hey Jon, come look at this $70,000 Jeep SRT8 even though you have a 30k budget!" That was not Dan at all... he listened to exactly what I wanted, only showed me exactly what I requested to see... and was a blast to deal with. I've handed his business card to 2 of my friends so far who are interested in buying a new Dodge in the next month or so, and I truly hope they reach out to him. The Dealership knew that it was to be a cash deal and that the funds were coming from my 401K. Don W. sales person, kept telling me that when the check comes in, bring it in. To my surprise, I received that the funds were coming from my 401K. Don W. sales person, kept telling me that when the check comes in, bring it in. To my surprise, I received a letter from Ally Bank, thanking me for financing my car thru them. When I called Don W, he told me to call the Finance Dept. I did, and he had no answer for me. When I was connected to a manager, he kept hanging up on me. No one ever said that if I didn't have the funds to them by a certain date, you would put through the finance agreement. I contacted Don several times and gave him updates as to when the check was being sent by FedX. All he kept saying was, "don't worry, when the check comes in just bring it in." I had to get a payoff from Ally Bank, and it cost me $275.00 more than what the actual payment amount listed on the purchase agreement. I had the approval of the loan from my 401K. I was purchasing the car from another dealership and they had to order it. They said it would take 2 months. So, I didn't process the payment from my 401K. I was at the other Dodge Dealership in Ft. Lauderdale (to give them a deposit), when a co-worker called me and told me to go to your dealership. That he had spoken to Manny and Manny told him that he could cut me a better deal. I had to tell the salesman that we were going to your dealership for a comparison. His response was "you will be back." You guys had the car I wanted and they pushed the matter through. They rushed to get me to take the car home. It was around 8:00 pm and you took in my trade (a 2006 GMC truck with 20,000 miles). You guys just wanted to make the deal on the spot and pushed me into it. I wish I would have said, no, and said, when my check comes in from my 401K, I will be back. But Don's famous words were: When you receive the money, bring it down." He misled me. Too bad I was gulible. No one ever said that there was a deadline. Here, I am giving Don updates and never once did he tell me the truth that you had already processed the financing of my car. What a NIGHTMARE. More

I visited Arrigo Sawgrass after having a less than pleasant experience with Arrigo West Palm Beach. I should have learned my lesson but I had hoped that new people would turn a prior nightmare into a pleasant experience with Arrigo West Palm Beach. I should have learned my lesson but I had hoped that new people would turn a prior nightmare into a decent experience. After all, the up to $8000 over book value or double your down payment sounded too good to pass up. Boy, I was MISTAKEN! They had a car that fit my needs but I needed to trade in my current vehicle. Edmunds quoted a "good condition" of my car as being worth $21,000 in trade. Carmax was selling my vehicle for $24,000 with more mileage. All I requested was $19,000 (the payoff) but was offered only $16,000! I was not offered "up to $8000 over book" and no mention of the "or double your down payment." My score of one on all accounts is derived from: Customer Service is non existent (was not willing to listen to customer or offering "TV ad promotion"), Quality of work was nil ( one-sided negotiations from sales manager), Friendliness stopped at negotiation table, Overall experience was very bad and insulting to my intelligence. and Price was very bad because trade was low balled and again, no offer of ad promotion.
