Ozzie was very friendly, very but not pushy even when I told him that my wife wanted a JEEP and I told him I was against the Jeep product especially the Wrangler but I was going to do the leg work as she h told him that my wife wanted a JEEP and I told him I was against the Jeep product especially the Wrangler but I was going to do the leg work as she hates to shop as I wanted her to look at Ford or a newer Used product. Your used car selection was very weak in my opinion so I had to look at new. Ozzie just kept on getting to know me and asking for Diane to come in with me he was providing service to me as I was just looking. He was never pushy and handled me very well. That is what allowed me to feel comfortable to want to come back. Excellent job Ozzie Marc and Mark were really good and quick and efficient. Marc in Finance was not over friendly, but not real friendly he was just doing his job but it was Late on Tuesday so I am sure he has been busy. I liked how efficient he was. I appreciated the fact that he was not over friendly because that is a red flag. Great job Marc Mark after Dark Customer Relations was spot on and humorus and kept us moving alone. He was good. Nice touch. More

Very nice showroom, large selection, and staff very friendly. After long negotiations, agreed on price for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Everything went smoothly and as promised. Would be nice if Jeeps Corporate offer to include "2 years of maintenence" also included rotate and balance, as opposed to just 2 years of oil changes. More

This place has very good customer serivce but they don't work with you on the price at all. The price is the price thats it. The salesman told me after I said I didn't want payments more than $250 a m don't work with you on the price at all. The price is the price thats it. Needless to say I felt that I never was given a chance to negotiate with them at all. More

Hands down, purchasing my first Jeep from these guys was pleasant and painless. In my first trip to Arrigo, I met with Ozzie Bringas, Certified Internet Sales Manager. Ozzie was beyond knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was able to answer all the technical questions I had, as being a first-time Jeep Wrangler buyer I had quite a few. After dealing with 10 different Jeep dealerships through out Florida, I came back to Arrigo. Arrigo was the ONLY dealership able to answer all my questions and the most eager to assist in finding the Jeep I wanted. Opting to order a Wrangler Unlimited with a specific set of features, my next visit to Arrigo involved meeting back up with Ozzie and meeting Jason Nadler, a Business Development Director at Arrigo. Jason was able to guide me through the order process with great ease and simplicity. Jason and Ozzie advised delivery of Jeep would take no less than 6-8 weeks. Imagine my surprise yesterday when I received word my new Jeep had arrived and in less than 4 weeks! Fortunately, I was able to pick up my new Jeep the same day. I chose to finance my new Jeep through the Finance Department at Arrigo. Rob Geroni, a Finance Manager there, treated me in a friendly and professional manner. I also met with Tyler, who guided me a few tips and tricks a first time Wrangler owner. Without a doubt, buying a car from Arrigo was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had to date. I'll be keeping these guys at the top of my list for my next car. Thanks Arrigo! More
