Dan for the final go through the features of our new 2014 Dodge Durango and off we went into the Florida sunset. Went in to buy a truck, met with the salesman Ozzie who showed me a few vehicles. Found the right one, at the right price, very happy. Sales Manager Karp, was to the point in respect to the price as the deal was clear through using employee program through chrysler. During my hot flashes in starring at the new increase amount due to the essentials, finance Marc Sclafani made me feel very comfortable through the pain. At the end, your service clerk exit process assured me with the manual and key operation. My overall experience at this dealership was outstanding. I went into Arrigo looking for a Dodge Journey. Jose Inoa was the salesperson that helped me out with everything and I have to say he was beyond amazing. I had some difficulties with my financing but Jose to was the salesperson that helped me out with everything and I have to say he was beyond amazing. I had some difficulties with my financing but Jose took his time and worked with the finance department to get the deal finalized. I have never seen a salesperson dedicate so much time like Jose, usually they would just give up after a while and he didn't. Aladdin Kazran was the one that worked with me in the finance department and he was very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. He listened to what I had to say and gave me some tips to help with my credit in the future which was very helpful. After all was said and done I signed my papers for a brand new Dodge Journey!! I then went to see Mark-After-Dark in customer relations and he was so nice. Mark gave me the keys to my new car and gave me some information about the car. I definitely recommend this dealership and would suggest seeing Jose!! More

I had a 1:00 appointment and was greeted in a warm friendly manner. My salesman, Jose Inoa, was paged and was there in a few minutes also with a smile and warm welcome. Jose is very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to. After a short discussion about what I wanted he took me to see the car and we went for a test drive. They did not have the car in stock in the color I wanted and I was told it was no problem the had one at one of their other dealerships and could have it here for me. We talked trade in price and what I was offered was exactly what I was expecting. In no way did I ever feel pressured to purchase the car. We discussed price and came to an agreement and I was taken over to Finance. I met with Marc in finance and he worked out the numbers. Marc was very informative and spend some time explaining my options. We came up with numbers aI was happy with. At the same time I was buying my new car, the person who recommended Jose was getting an oil change and they took care of him right away and he was happy with the service department. The overall experience was so much less stressful then my previous car purchases. I felt very comfortable with everyone I dealt with. They sent for my car and it was delivered and detailed that day. The last stop at the dealership was to see the Customer Relations manager, Mark after Dark. Mark was very friendly and explained everything to me and gave me my keys and told me to enjoy my new car. I highly recommend this dealership. 10 out of 10. What more can I say. More

I found my experience to be very pleasant. Pete Martino, who I've know for sometime through maintenance of previous Dodge products, helped my by introducing me to Ozzie. I find buying vehicles very stressfu who I've know for sometime through maintenance of previous Dodge products, helped my by introducing me to Ozzie. I find buying vehicles very stressful and Ozzie, my salesperson, made it less stressful. He was very patient and went out of his way to show me different vehicles without pressure. I ended up purchasing 2 vehicles that day. My Dodge Charger SRT8 and a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. Once I had figured out what I wanted I was introduced to Rob in Finance. He also was very friendly and patient. He explained the warranties clearly and helped pick what was appropriate for my needs. The last person I met was Mark (after dark) in customer relations who was helpful in getting me on my way in the new vehicles. I've only purchased 3 new vehicles in my lifetime, all of which were and are Dodge products. I met Pete Martino at Fairbanks where I had purchased my first 2. I continued my service on my vehicles at Sawgrass following Mr Martino. I will certainly recommend Arrigo to my friends and have them ask for Ozzie if they are in the market for a vehicle.
