Collin was great he took the time to explain to me the difference between the two cars because I was a little nervous trading since the latitude is smaller. But once I test drove the latitude I loved it. I told Collin I only wanted to finance through my credit union and Rob worked diligently with my credit union to get me the best finance possible. Mark was great in explaining the benefits I received. All that I came in contact with during my purchase was pleasant and provided me with great customer service. Before I pulled off the lot Collin explained to me in detail all the functions of my new car. My experience with Arrigo in Sawgrass was great and I will certainly recommend them to family and friends. More

Raul (who spoke Spanish!) was very friendly and patient with my process and they pleased me with almost everything I asked for in terms of financial conditions. At the end of the negotiation, Rob made the signing of paperwork very fast and painless, they didn’t try selling me extra services or any stressful thing. The best part was Mark! (Mark after Dark) with his final touch he explained everything about the car features, I would say it was clear as water and even entertaining! We were so tire already and he made us laugh and relax. I have 2 complaints though: My license plate was sent to the wrong address and the issue is still not resolved... 1- the tag department at least emailed me a copy of my registration. 2- The valve rocker arm snapped on a road trip and my truck was stuck in the dealership (not Arrigo) for 5 days. I was able to find a vehicle online at another location with good incentives. The price was agreed to on the phone and they honored it. The vehicle was delivered in about an hour from 30 miles away. Was a bit put-back by the trade-in estimators. Did my homework and knew my trade was worth +/-$22k on NADA and KKB, they made an insulting offer of $15.7k. After the usual make me wait routine, we settled on $20k for my trade. Maybe they don't realize that offers like that are why car dealers are stereotyped. In all, the salesman, finance dept. and Mark in relations were great to deal with. More

I visited numerous Jeep dealers in the process, Homestead, Doral, Miami Lakes and Arrigo Sawgrass. My first impression of Arrigo Sawgrass was the size of the facility, and then the professionalism given to me. My sales consultant Ozzie Bringas made the process of buying my new 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara a memorable and good experience, we test drove the vehicle, got gas and I drove it home a few hours later. Ozzie knew what he was doing, was extremely helpful and listened to me with regard to what I needed. Once the car was decided upon, the took care of the paperwork with dispatch. The dealership was very busy, so Joe in finance took care of me personally, and I was on my way in no time. careless and horrible customer service I brought my Town & Country in for an oil change and to look at a couple minor things. They kept it overnight and the next day when I got it back it h I brought my Town & Country in for an oil change and to look at a couple minor things. They kept it overnight and the next day when I got it back it had damage in the back! Mr. Pete Martino gave my husband the scenario ..well if it was in the Publix parking lot and someone hit it, Publix wouldn't pay for the damage. This is making me furious! ! Beyond that situation, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I had a scheduled time to drop off my vehicle and the customer service rep was complaining about being short staffed needing to go to lunch already.. just horrible!!! More

Although we were pretty confident that we wanted to purchase a Grand Cherokee, we were unsure of the trim to choose. Luis was patient, allowed us to test drive multiple vehicles, and found us a great vehicle at a fair price. Brand knowledge was exceptional and knowledge of competitor models was also strong. We did not have an intention to purchase on the date of test drive, but Luis convinced us that we were making a sound decision and he did this in a way that we did not feel pressured. Rob in finance was friendly, attentive, and genuinely tried to find us the right financing package for our budget. What was advertised for financing in terms of rates is what was offered. Rob was also flexible and allowed us to split the method of down payment, so that we could acquire points on our credit card. Mark in customer relations was also very friendly. Although he was interrupted several times by other employees at the dealership, he handled the interruptions with grace while attending to us. I would definitely recommend this dealership again. Thank you for making this process as stress free as possible. Bravo! More
