This is the second post by this individual. We have called and left messages with no return phone call. Our dealership offer assistance to fix the vehicle but that goodwill gesture was turned down by her husband to our service manager.Writing the same review each month is inappriopriate use of social media. We have tried to reach out and cannot help someone who will not respond. Thanks for understanding and our offer is still in place ....Jim Doyle- General Manager

My husband left a message earlier this week. The offer that was turned down by my husband was we pay half the costs to fix the damage that was done at Arrigo. Not a great way to do business, especially when we "use to refer lots of customers your way" And the best way to warn customers about incidence such as this IS social media
