Lt. Dan was helpful in making my decision to purchase my vechile at Arrigo. The salesman Igor was very helpful. Igor didn't keep me waitting through the sales process. I selected the vehicle and negotiated the price within 30 Minutes. Then I waited for 3 Hours to meet with the finance person to complete the paperwork. The paperwork only took 15 minutes, since I had my down payment and financing pre-approved with my bank. Did not recieve much information about the vehicle after the purchase. Was dissappointed that the vehicle had less than a half of tank of gas as I drove off. Discovered the next day that they forgot to put the floor mats in and had to drive back the next day to get them. Overall, the price was good, the purchase experience was bad. I would recommend giving this dealer a chance for pricing only. More

A trip to a dealership to buy a car is usually about as enjoyable as a dentist visit. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass was quite the opposite. Sherry was one of the most pleasant car sales person that I enjoyable as a dentist visit. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass was quite the opposite. Sherry was one of the most pleasant car sales person that I have ever worked with. She was not pushy, answered all my questions honestly and was extremely helpful in picking out a vehicle. Joe in Finance was efficient and professional. And Mark...well, Mark is a special person. I almost felt like I was the straight man in a comedy team. Overall, it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

just came back from what seemed like an eternity of waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over waiting , i pulled into the service dept line , sign says stay in your vehicle and someone will attend to u asap ... ive waited patiently for over 45 mins to be told by then service advisor (tommy lenci) that he would be with me in a minute as soon as he finishes with the customer ahead of me ........... needless to say that customer was done with and long gone , meanwhile im the only customer left waiting there while i witnessed 3 other vehicles pulled up and been attended too by the same advisor .... so im sitting thereas if im invisible .... wtf !!! this needs to be dealt with asap !!!!! More
