I took my son to purchase a used Lexus IS 300 from this dealership. This salesman prided Arrigo Dodge Sawgrass on customer satisfaction and reliabilty. Well needless to say they have failed terribly. I was assured of a thorough 160 point inspection prior to the sale of their used vehicles. One month after purchasing the vehicle, my son and I noticed a major oil leak. I brought the vehicle to a reputable mechanic. All the seals were bad in the engine compartment. The repairs cost me over $1200.00. There is no way that if this vehicle should have passed the 160 point inspection. After a week, a manager in used cars finally called me. He advised me, " this vehicle was only put through a safety inspection." I replied," this was not the information that was presented to me." His reply," bring the car back and trade in for a different vehicle." I replied, " I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership again." I know this car was purchased as is, but don't lie about all your vehicles going through a thorough inspection prior to being placed on the car lot. I plan on speaking to a lawyer to see if I have any grounds for fraudantly misleading the consumer. Buyer beware of the dealership. Arrigo Dodge has several dealerships in south Florida. Wow was i wrong i went to 2 other dealers first what a waste of time no one to greet or direct you at the other dealers. one dealer wanted me to sell my car to car max and bring back the check to make a d waste of time no one to greet or direct you at the other dealers. one dealer wanted me to sell my car to car max and bring back the check to make a deal and i was not upside down on my loan and they did not want to deal at all.I almost just gave up i am glade i didn't .I stopped at ARRIGO just to check it out WOW i was greeted set up with Tom my sales man we looked at some jeeps found the one i liked went for at road test to make sure it was what i wanted and appraised my trade and gave me a real value and then Robert Karp and Rob Fin put the numbers together and work them to a payment that make me happy. all i can say is WOW! time line was in dealer at 1 and out before 4 Mark After Dark went over the basic info again and gave some new unknown info for me and back to Tom to finish up on the functions of my new ride.A fool and his money are easily parted but a smart one will go to ARRIGO.
