I called multiple times for status on my vehicle was told there was no rep available. There was no manager available on all the times that I called. I called the assigned rep text and left voicemails., when there was no rep available. There was no manager available on all the times that I called. Subsequently I received an email from the dealership asking for a 10 point rating on the review.
