The service here is wonderful and hassle free. Alex was our rep and he was knowledgeable about everything that we were concerned about. He also arranged for us to utilize the shuttle while our vehicle was our rep and he was knowledgeable about everything that we were concerned about. I had a good service experience with Ashley. I gave 4 stars because I think they’re a little over whelmed and I wasn’t receiving prompt texts back. But once I was there they were quick to replace a batte stars because I think they’re a little over whelmed and I wasn’t receiving prompt texts back. But once I was there they were quick to replace a battery that had died on their lot over the week (warranty) and I was back on the road. They took a ride to see if I could duplicate my transmission problem but of course it wouldn’t. More
