They received my car Friday afternoon with no communication from the service agent. I was without a vehicle because their policy is they have 24-48 to evaluate to see what is wrong. They never ch communication from the service agent. I was without a vehicle because their policy is they have 24-48 to evaluate to see what is wrong. They never checked my jeep until Monday. Then it was me constantly having to text for any updates. They could not find anything wrong with my Jeep even though both myself and the tow truck driver couldn’t get it to start. I had to rent a car since they had my Jeep until late Tuesday evening. The service agent that I have used before took over and was in communication with me. More

After coming up with a deal that we all agreed on, I signed all of the paperwork and was given a singular key for my preowned 2025 car. I asked where the second key was and they said well used cars don’ signed all of the paperwork and was given a singular key for my preowned 2025 car. I asked where the second key was and they said well used cars don’t necessarily come with a second key. I wasn’t comfortable with that and I spoke to the manager who told me he couldn’t do anything about it. I just spent an extra $425 getting a spare key made. I feel like this was us bait and switch and should’ve been upfront about it. More
