I called multiple times for status on my vehicle was told there was no rep available. There was no manager available on all the times that I called. I called the assigned rep text and left voicemails., when there was no rep available. There was no manager available on all the times that I called. Subsequently I received an email from the dealership asking for a 10 point rating on the review. Took my dodge Ram 1500 to the service dept in Tamarac because of a vibration in the steering wheel. They changed the tires, did alignment ,changed oil pan gasket for a total of $4,,900. I paid and took it home but first time I drove it I had the same problem. Took it back twice they never fixed it, but Ranier Alverez and Rudy said it might be the brakes and another $2000 ..my truck is a 20O9 and not worth$7000. I realize car dealers make most of their profits off of service, but should use better judgement and not just try to see how much money they can make off of every customer. More
