Came for oil change. They found my shocks were leaking and said they’d replace under warranty. I’m glad they noticed! They gave me my keys, said everything’s taken care of, and I happened to look and noticed one shock was still dusty and didn’t look new like the others. I had to go back in and ask why one looked different. Then it came out that only 3 were replaced. The service guy said he’d call back when the part came in (he said Monday). It was a holiday so I figured they’d call Tuesday. Still no call back. I had to call myself on Wednesday, and then he called back saying the part was in. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Arrigo. More
