They received my car Friday afternoon with no communication from the service agent. I was without a vehicle because their policy is they have 24-48 to evaluate to see what is wrong. Then it was me constantly having to text for any updates. They could not find anything wrong with my Jeep even though both myself and the tow truck driver couldn’t get it to start. I had to rent a car since they had my Jeep until late Tuesday evening. The service agent that I have used before took over and was in communication with me. More
