I’m very disappointed with how my tire protection claim was handled. I came in because all four tires were leaking air. When I returned for the replacement, I was later told that only one tire was approved and three were denied. When I questioned why a previously approved tire was suddenly denied and asked for documentation, I was not given a clear explanation. Luis became upset during our phone conversation and hung up on me. I simply want the original claim reviewed, documentation showing what was approved and denied, and a clear explanation of why the approval changed. More
