I drove from Naples (about 2 hours away) after agreeing to a deal. First I was told I could use a debit card to purchase the vehicle which is how I intended to pay. Upon arrival I was told I could not do that and so now I had to finance the vehicle. We agreed to give me floor mats in exchange for the new form of payment. Shortly after I was told they don’t have floor mats for my vehicle but they would cut me a check. Once I left, I was told there was a lien on my trade in (there wasn’t because I purchased it in cash) but their system showed it as having one. I believe that, mistakes happen. They said once it’s cleared that they would send my check. I showed proof of the dealer mistake as well as GM financial (the ghost lien holder) and they started the run around. In fact, the salesperson I was working with (Jake) blocked my phone number. I recommend not working with him. Work with someone else. I have a signed “We Owe” from the dealership that they are refusing to honor. Save yourself the headache and research other dealers who will give you the same deal. And even if it’s a few hundred dollars more, it’s worth it. Trust me. I will be filing a complaint through FLHSMV. None of this is false or exaggerated and I promise it’s not worth the headache. Not only do they not have common decency and respect, they are blatantly ignoring a signed legal document. Use that information for what you will. I will happily provide phot proof to anyone who tries to dispute this review. Do not let them fool you. More
