My new Durango I began researching 2014 Durangos in January. I am very diligent when it comes to big purchases. Buying a car is usually the second most expensiv I began researching 2014 Durangos in January. I am very diligent when it comes to big purchases. Buying a car is usually the second most expensive purchase in a person's life, other than buying a house. I looked at every dealer in the South Florida area. Arrigo Sawgrass not only had the best selection, but their prices were also in line with the other dealers. My experience with Arrigo Sawgrass began in January with a trip just to look at and sit in the new Durangos. I had no intention of buying then and told the salesperson this. Still Ryan Trapp, the salesman, took time to show me several vehicles, point out features and offered a test drive. As I just wanted to look, I declined. I was treated with respect none the less and wasn't made to feel that I was wasting his time. Fast forward 4 months and now I've done my research and am ready to buy. Most dealerships put ridiculous vehicle discounts on their on their websites. The prices include rebates that most people won't qualify for. Arrigo does this too. A quick e-mail to an internet sales person confirmed that the internet price included several rebates that I wouldn't qualify for. This was the first of several emails that I exchanged with Jose Inoa. He sent me a price that was competitive with other dealers, answered my questions promptly and encouraged me to come to the dealership. At this time I was also working with my credit union and with a dealership that they deal with exclusively. The credit union approved me for a loan but for $10,000 less than the price of the vehicle. The unnamed dealership claimed to have the vehicle I wanted but said it wasn't on their lot. When I asked to see a window sticker, I was emailed one without a VIN. This raised red flags. Dealer 2 called and emailed several times wanting me to negotiate for a price on a vehicle that they didn't even have possession of. I felt pressured and harassed from this other dealership. Instead of going to the "unnamed dealer", I called Arrigo and asked if Jose was available. Jose told me that he was busy and asked if I minded working with another sales person. I asked for Ryan but he wasn't available. I was handed off to a nice salesman named Brock Wagner. Brock was very knowledgeable about the car I wanted, gladly let me test drive it and answered my many questions honestly. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't try to b.s. an answer. I knew this because I already knew the answers to many of the questions I asked due to my research. We sat down and worked out a price. I wasn't sure that I could afford the vehicle and expressed that. I explained about the credit union and Brock assured me that we could work it out and that the dealership would be able to help me make a deal. Then I got called away on a family emergency just before the financing process. Brock promised me he'd continue the process for me. I thought I wouldn't be taken seriously at this point because of the concern I expressed and my abrupt departure. The next morning Brock called with good news. I was approved and they were offering me more for my trade in than was originally offered and lowering the price more to accommodate me. I told him I would be there later in the day. I arrived with my wife and young son around noon. Brock then offered to let me test drive it again with my wife while finance finished working the numbers. After the test drive and a short wait, I was introduced to Dave Sousa. He went over the numbers with me. I really, I didn't think that I would be able to afford the vehicle. I was sure that Arrigo couldn't match the interest rate my credit union had given me. I was wrong again. Arrigo not only found financing for the full amount but also found me a lower interest rate. Dave offered me an extended warranty and showed me the payments with and without it. When I expressed concern about being able to make the payment, Dave worked some more "magic" and lowered the payment some more. We shook on it and we signed the numerous forms necessary to complete the deal. We were both impressed with Dave's warmth and humor. We were then introduced to "Mark After Dark" who gave me a rundown of the vehicle, some extras, a few good laughs and the "keys" to my new vehicle, Before I knew it I was driving away in my new car. Total dealership time, 3 hours on a VERY busy Saturday afternoon. I would very highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Are they out to make money? Of course, otherwise they wouldn't be in business for long. Do your research, have realistic expectations and be honest with them and yourself. They made buying a car, (which is usually a pain in the butt) a true pleasure! I feel that Dave and Brock really went above and beyond to make my buying experience a memorable one. More

Service Headaches I bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot with about 20,000 miles on it there against everyone's advice to NOT go through Arrigo. At first, the customer service was excellent which is why I decided to go with them but once purchased and off the lot, did all attitudes change. It turns out I paid about $4,000 above value and the car didn't really have a warranty on it like I was told. Not even after having it for a week were the brakes having issues and making noises. When I brought it up to Brock (salesperson) he said it was because it was sitting on the lot and nothing to be looked at. After about 3 weeks, the check engine light came on. I brought it in to their service center and the solenoid valve had to be replaced. They were, yet again, informed of the issue with the brakes and they said it was nothing and refused to check it out. Once the valve was replaced and I was called to pick up the car. When I arrived, I was left waiting for over an hour because they misplaced my keys. As a result, Corey Peters, the service specialist, promised a car wash for the hassle then refused to schedule anything when I tried to follow through with that. Now I've had the car for 4 months, it was trembling and when I brought it in again, I was told the brakes were an issue because the rotors needed to be replaced and I would have to pay for it. It was brought to their attention when the car was initially purchased, they didn't want to take responsibility for it and now they're placing the blame on the customer to make money for the body shop. When I asked to see a manager, Corey refused to allow me to speak with him. When I tried to speak with Brock, who sold me the car, the same happened. All the service specialist was worried about was his survey and asked me to give "10's" all across. Only after saying that wouldn't be possible did he (Corey) decide to take action and finally replace the front rotors. Once gone, it turned out the rear rotors were the issue which again they now refuse to look at. The service specialists along with the body shop are not at all thorough in their inspections or work. Now I'm stuck with an awful, overpriced car with many issues and no help from the dealership whatsoever. No one there is accountable and the customer service is deplorable from the sales people, to the service specialists to the managers of the dealership. I would highly recommend trying any other dealership before going through Arrigo and dealing with all the hassle I've had to put up with. More
Junior was very kind, and service in general was good , as usual the bureaucracy, spent 2 hours , some parts of the cars isn't working like internal lights , but to summarize the car is great. as usual the bureaucracy, spent 2 hours , some parts of the cars isn't working like internal lights , but to summarize the car is great.
