As i walked into the dealership the atmosphere was more friendly than business. I was introduced to Igor Zaichik and he was professional and friendly. I was then introduced to Eric who was knowledgeable and patient. ......The above review was prepared 7/22/21 "the day of"...The following day 7/23/21, I was able to sit a review the finance paper work. I was charged $998.00 in "pre delivery " fees even though i was only paying off a lease; i was charged $145.00 for "Anciliary products" and $307.00 for title and registration even though my vehicle was fully registered untill September 2022. Upon attempting to pay off a lease valued $26,000 and paying $10,000 out my own pocket with a remaining balance of $16,000, i ended up somehow financing $31,000. I literally spent an excess of $5000 by visiting this dealership. No wonder it was so easy in the beginning. Be careful everyone and READ EVERYTHING AND ASK QUESTIONS. These people are not your friends except Igor Zaichik, he genuinely seems to be a nice guy... Mr Wade Miracle reached out to me and was extremely sensitive to my concerns in regards to the above. Mr Miracle took the time to explain some key details that were not explained thoroughly initially that made a world of a difference to me. I appreciated the dedicated time, explanation and effort; i would definitely try Arrigo Dealership again. Thankyou. More
