Let me first say that in order for me to take my time and write to BBB, do a google review and look for any other means of getting my story across, says a lot. To begin, I purchase a CPO vehicle that had tra write to BBB, do a google review and look for any other means of getting my story across, says a lot. To begin, I purchase a CPO vehicle that had transmission problems, painted bed tailgate, air leaking thru window seals and gear switch jumps from D to P spontaneously. Took it to service many times no solution and they keep asking to drive and drive 1500 miles at a time to make sure its corrected. Fast forward complained to NEW/USED Car about car and why such poor quality and that it was not a true CPO that the inspection was not done. When they tried to help they were really trading my vehicle in and trying to charge me a whooping 16k on top. For same cost different car practically. There where 10 managers and non could help, service manager doesnt return calls, sales manager dont return calls. Beware to take your money they are fast but they wont stand behind their products.
