The offer was a little lower than an official estimate we had done. Igor, discussed with Manager and within 5 minutes a deal was done. Off to Juan, finance, where reality check kicks in, but he managed to make it as pleasent as possible with plenty of explanations. From there it was "Mark after Dark", customer relations. Very upfront and to the point. Having been there for a long afternoon, Igor offered to show us more details about the vehicle but I said I could figure it all out. Well needless to say that was wrong on my part, but a second trip back a week later cleared up a lot of questions.
