Polite, informative, overall great experience! I did a little research on their web site and found the exact car I wanted. After the tour I worked with David the finance person and we rounded out a great plan that was within my budget. The whole process was smooth and easy. Then Mark gave me a friendly send off with all of my manuals and details of the car. All in all a great experience! More

Why would the Arrigo brothers have this time bomb running the business?? I stopped by to look and maybe buy a New Jeep but wanted to see what my car was worth 1st. This guy was sooooo rude to the salesmen that he made me feel sick that the poor salesman had to take his crap. I saw this guy raise his leg like he was passing gas when my sales guy was asking him to look at my car. I asked the sales guy why did he talk too you that way and whats his problem? My sales guy just said he's in a bad mood Really??? who does he think he is? OMG was soooo mad. He did not try to play financial games with me and I appreciated that. I told him what I could do and he was honest from the start. Rob in finance did great as well. It was the fastest I have ever been through the finance room while purchasing a car. He was still thorough and did not make me feel rushed. I had young kids at home and didn't want to be there all day. Then I went to Mark After Dark for the final stop, and he was a pleasure. He made sure everything was understood by me and informed me of anything extra that I might want to know. The whole experience was a pleasure! More

Stranded across country ! I recently purchased a used 2011 jeep grand cherokee. Immediately I started having issues, the morning after I brought it home, it wouldn't start, I recently purchased a used 2011 jeep grand cherokee. Immediately I started having issues, the morning after I brought it home, it wouldn't start, I brought back to dealer which they immediately took into service. Car v was returned to me stating problems were fixed, was just a faulty wire harness. I expressed that I was leaving in a day to drive out of state with my family and I needed to be sure about vehicle. They said I would be fine, abd not to worry because I have a direct warranty from manufacture, should anything happen just go to a dealership ( jeep, Chrysler ), I'd have no problem. Well guess what ? Here I am 3 days later stuck in hotel with no warranty, and a car I can't get serviced. Stuck in PA More

Dishonest & Unscrupulous Agreed to purchase leased vehicle at end of term. Arrigo called and obtained the lease purchase price from the bank, then stated there would be a $599 Agreed to purchase leased vehicle at end of term. Arrigo called and obtained the lease purchase price from the bank, then stated there would be a $599 dealer fee plus tag & title, which I agreed to. The salesman then later comes back and says they have to charge another $500 just for the sake of it. I said no way and left. The salesman then called me and said they were going to waive the extra $500. So I get approval for financing with my bank and go in to do the lease buyout and Arrigo says that they will only do the buyout using their financing which is 2% higher than my bank. Very dishonest dealer and I will never go back there for anything. More
