Bad service shop I took my dodge nitro for an oil change and tire rotation. Well two and a half hours later (express lane), they bring my car I get in start driving h I took my dodge nitro for an oil change and tire rotation. Well two and a half hours later (express lane), they bring my car I get in start driving home on the interstate and the bell goes off system warnings present, and the oil light comes on so I drive to the first exit and get off and drive back to Dealership and the sales rep says what is wrong I say my truck is tapping and it sounds like it is going to blow up, he opens the hood pulls the oil stick out bone dry. He goes to start it and a mechanic starts yelling turn it off turn it off. Needless to say they fried my motor. And now they just want to change the lifters, and not the motor. What kind of business is this. Only 46,000 miles excellent shape, I come here for all my needs even tires, front end alignment all oil changes. Any way they will not return a call today this all happened yesterday. They put me in a nasty dirty rental that was never cleaned, she said sorry . Someone needs to let these owners know what really goes on at their shops. I hope they read this. I am not a happy customer. More

He was very attentive as we spoke about the Jeep Unlimited I wanted and all its options. I had been searching the internet for quite some time so I knew where the perfect Jeep was located and the price I wanted to pay. As Collin and I spoke I asked several questions (I ask a lot) which he answered with courtesy and understanding. We found my perfect Jeep in FT. Pierce (which I knew where it was already) and he walked me to David Kelly the finance manager. David and I spoke for quite a long time...remember I ask a lot of questions. He answered them with professionalism and the knowledge I was looking for in a finance manager. As we spoke Collin stated I am on my way to Ft. Pierce to pick your Jeep up for you. I figured I would not be able to drive it until tomorrow morning. Well as luck would have it David and I finished up with all the paperwork and he stated I would be able to pick up my Jeep in a couple hours. My wife came to pick me up as well as sign the paperwork and we went home to relax and get a bite. About an hour and a half later Collin called and stated he was back and my Jeep would be ready to pick up as soon as I could get there. I arrived a short time later and Collin met my wife and I and walked us to "Mark After Dark". John and Jim could not have picked a better person to complete everything. Friendly, considerate, helpful, and goodies going out the door...who could ask for more. (Nice fish tank Mark!) Collin finished off by taking me through the Jeep and all of it's options and electronics. This is probably one of the greatest and easiest experiences on buying a car/Jeep I have ever experienced. Thank you Arrigo for giving me a great experience and of course my perfect Jeep.! More

David was my financer and he even arranged for someone to follow me to return my rental vehicle so I wouldn't be late to work. Dominick was our salesman and was wonderful to work with, he was very knowledgeable about the car.
