It was a pleasant car buying experience. I purchased a new car, traded my old car and was out in time to pick up the kids. My sales person LT Dan is A rated. This was the second time I have purchased a new Jeep from this dealership. Their professionalism and customer service made me return to Arrigo Sawgrass when I decided to trade in my 7 year old Jeep Liberty a this dealership. Their professionalism and customer service made me return to Arrigo Sawgrass when I decided to trade in my 7 year old Jeep Liberty and purchase a new one. After finding the car I was interested in online, I was contacted by Dan Welsh by phone and email to set up a time to come in and test drive it. Dan is a true professional who knows his vehicles and makes the entire buying process painless with no pressure involved. He got me a great price on the 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition that I bought... without any negotiations hassles. He also helped me to get my insurance transferred to my new car, calling my insurance company for me while I was stil at the dealership. He is truly an asset to their sales team!! Rob in finance got me a great rate on my loan and got through the endless paperwork as quickly as possible. He also changed over my registration for me, transferring my tag before I even left the dealership. Amazingly, my payment for my new Jeep is lower than what I payed for the Jeep I traded in. Never thought in a million years that would be the case. Mark (After Dark) in customer relations is one of a kind... adding levity to ease the stress of making such a big purchase. He was involved in the delivery of my previous Jeep in 2006 and I was glad to see he was still there when I returned this past Monday. He knows his Chrysler vehicles and takes the time to explain everything you get as a bonus included in your purchase. (2 years of oil changes, roadside assistance) He also set up my first service appointment for me. I also received a call from the sales manager the next morning, thanking me for my purchase. Thank you to everyone at Arrigo!! I LOVE my new Liberty!! More

OMG...Mitch got the big picture...we needed a perfect match for a family...Mitch was the person my husband worked with...and he, from beginning to end listened...which is why we pursued the purchase....H match for a family...Mitch was the person my husband worked with...and he, from beginning to end listened...which is why we pursued the purchase....He made us comfortable....at ease...and more importantly...we felt that he cared about us a lot more than he cared about the sale....and he never dominated me...I actually felt as if I had taken him to the dealer with us...He demonstrated a good knowledge of the cars..we test drove at least three...and so far we are pleased with the car we selected...not only did he make me happier, but he did not let my husband down...and was friendly, competent, and very outgoing; which helped a lot. Then there was our bottom line and Ken got that. He is in finance; and the man that made it happened whilst allowing us to meet each challenge with dignity. The great thing about Ken was his ability to build a relationship in the short time we dealt with him. When we were through it felt that instead of a dealer transaction that we had been on a family shopping spree in part due to his recognizing that at the end of the day, a man (husband) just wants to make his family/woman/wife happy especially in this economy...and he was respectful, funny, and .it was the most wonderful feeling to drive our new baby home. Mark-after-dark, customer relations, really left the dodge impression that he loved dodge too. This was my second experience purchasing a new car at Arrigo. I must confess the first one, 7 years ago, was not so great. This time however, I was very pleased with the friendliness my wife and I were treated with by Elison. He took the time to show us several cars, print out the options and explain each package and price. We only closed the deal on the second visit because we weren't sure about the options we wanted. The price was great, they were very honest and upfront from the beginning, with no surprises or hidden fees of any kind. I also spoke to a finance manager (Andrew) before committing to buy anything. He kindly explained my options, as well as Chrysler's "lifetime" warranty, which I purchased and highly recommend if you expect to keep your new car for several years beyond the usual warranty. His closing work afterwards was quick and effective, very friendly and relaxed. As already reported by others here, Mark "After Dark" is the gentleman who delivers and explains how to care for your new car and the features and innovations in the vehicle. The man is a walking car encyclopedia. He knows EVERYTHING about his cars and is a pleasure to deal with. Overall this was a great experience. Pleasant, quick and with the right price and conditions. Car was ready for delivery as promised- In and out the door in under 2 hours- Dan is a must see sales rep- professional and courteous- The dealer had no back and forth pricing and no pressure what so ever- A PLEASURE to work with!!!!! Ken in finance explained all terms- was quick and efficient. Mark (after Dark) in CUstomer relations was phenomenal to work woth- Explained dealership and other pertinenent vehicle issues. A Great Experience- reccommend highly and will go back for next purchase!!!!!!!!! More
I think Jose, Ken and Mark were very good at what they do. The only problem I have with my overall experience is with some guy at the end that I do not know. (Can't remember his name, wish I could becaus do. The only problem I have with my overall experience is with some guy at the end that I do not know. (Can't remember his name, wish I could because I would blast his tattoo slezy car dealer self) He came in to tell me that they couldn't get the loan approved like they originally said, they made up some lame excuse as to why.(My loan payoff was $300 more , which makes no sense and leaves me to believe this is what they were doing the whole time) However, they approved me for a credit card. The credit card would be used for a very high down payment to make all the numbers work. It did lower my monthly payment, but now I have a high interest credit card...so what if its 0% for a few months. It was at the end of a very long day, and I probably should have walked away, but up to this point I was happy. They were doing a double your down payment thing this weekend, and when I mentioned that I am now giving a down payment, it was no this is to help the loan. So this would not be doubled. Now I was upside down in the car I traded in, and did leave with a very nice car (Jeep Grand Cherokee) And everyone that was there (Jose, Ken, and Mark) were great during the experience. However, I should have been excited after my purchase, and instead this guy and the credit card thing ruined that last moment. Like I said in the end, the cost a month is probably similiar (like this guy said), but I think it lowered the overall experience. I also feel like a high interest credit card is not the same as a auto loan. Also, I feel like the price they quoted with no downment was good, but with a large down payment (taken from credit card) I feel that is was not as good. As a result I feel like I now overpaid for the car, and dropped the experience from Great to Good. More
