We decided to lease a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee to prepare for a new family addition. The dealership offered us a lot less for our trade (3k less) than the Nissan dealership at Coral Square. We decided to lease the Jeep anyways because we really liked the interior. We were stuck in the dealership waiting to finalize the paperwork for over 4 hours. That is after all of the deals were done and we were simply waiting for the finance manager to be available. When we took delivery of the vehicle I rolled down the passenger side window and see a huge piece of adhesive tape that had pulled up from inside the door. I should have sent the car back right then and there but we had been at the dealership for so long that we just wanted to get home. We found out from a friend who purchased the same vehicle that other dealerships had better pricing and we could have lowered our monthly payment by over 80 dollars. After driving for about 1000 miles, we started to experience transmission problems. The Grand Cherokee would jerk sharply between gears when accelerating, and lurch forward when stopping between second and third gear. Our original idea was to lease a new vehicle to ensure that we had a safe and reliable ride for our little girl. The jerkiness was really hard on her even in the child seat so we brought the Jeep into the dealership to fix the problem. Our first dealing with the service department was extremely disappointing. We brought the vehicle in and were given a loaner car while the transmission was being fixed. They use Enterprise at this location so we were given an old Chrysler 200 complete with cigarette burns in the door and smelling strongly of smoke, dents all over and large scratches down the side of the car. Not exactly a suitable replacement for the 40k+ brand new Jeep. We were called to pickup the Jeep and we went back to the service center. The employee told us that they had performed a software update and that we had to drive it for 1000 miles in order to retrain the computer to stop the jerking. We were reluctant but decided to give them a chance. We drove the Jeep for an additional 5000 miles (we wanted to bring it in earlier but were very busy) and the jerking issue was still there. The lurching was slightly reduced but the slip between second to third when accelerating has been awful. We brought the vehicle in a second time this past Saturday, and were told they would not give us a loaner car. They said this is because there transmission mechanic will not be in until Monday. They suggested that we return on Monday to drop the vehicle off. This is very difficult for us since we are both working long hours with a little girl at home. We explained this and the employee told us that he was there to help and make everything convenient for us. Well what would have been convenient is if you had provided a suitable loaner vehicle to us when we dropped off the vehicle. So now we are paying 500 a month for a leased Jeep sitting in the shop with no suitable loaner vehicle and transmission issues since it passed 1k miles. Driving this vehicle has been horrible and we feel that the support from the dealership has been extremely disappointing. Here is a summary of our experience with Arrigo: 1. We overpaid for the lease and lost money with our trade in. 2. We have experienced transmission issues from 1k miles to 11k miles. 3. The car is almost unsafe to drive because of the jerking and jumping forward from second to third. 4. We have been given terrible loaner cars with dents and scratches, cigarette burns, and a strong odor. Not to mention that we are being given a car for a SUV. 5. The service department would not work with us and provide us with a loaner because one of their employees was not working that day (even though they were open). Our recommendation is that you avoid this dealership based on our bad experience with them. More

July 7, I receive a call from Ally saying I missed the June payment. I told them they didn't have the financing, my credit union did and they received my first payment. The next week I went to the credit union and found out that Mike in finance refused my banks payment thus reverting the loan to the dealers choice and increasing their profit. I had to refinance the 2015 Chrysler at an additional cost of $1,400. This is just the real dollars lost not accounting for the many hours spent trying to resolve everything. To this day I am still waiting to be "made whole" as promised on July 14 by Mr. Rudy Trippedo the new finance manager. I also have only received the Lemon Law Guide. This was my second purchase from this dealer/salesman and I am extremely disappointed. More

THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! No wonder this is the biggest Dealer of its kind in South Florida. I contacted them over the phone after visiting 5 other dealers in South Florida and I gave them the car with the MSRP and specification of what I want to give and get and the General Manager called me over the phone and told me come over that I will approve your deal! I told them that I live 1 hours far away from them and that If they made me go there without honoring the deal dame over the phone I was going to write a bad review. The moment I walked in I was expecting Sharks attacking me and to my surprise no one approach me, they assigned a sales person Mr. Darian Pena whom has a car already waiting for me with my especifications and drove it withing minutes of my arrival to the dealer. As promissed by them, they started to do the paperwork with the same numbers were I was sure they were loosing money to the deal, at least thats what all other dealers told me. Being the biggest dealer gives them the opportunity to negotiate with a greater window than smaller dealers. I am 45 years old and this was the BEST experience by FAR than any other dealer in SOUTH FLORIDA. I will for ever always go there for my future purchases. Arigo, Thank you!! More
Great Experience I went in with a friend who recommend Arrigo. He said lets go look. I was a little pressed fro time that day so I made an appointment with Guido for a test drive on Sunday.As we were leaving my friend noticed Dan and Darel who he had bought cars from before. He walked over to say hello and the way they acknowledge him was fantastic. We started taking about different pick-ups with Dan and Darel about the different features from other manufactures and these guys were the best. You think to sell your product you make the other manufactures look bad Nope not these guys. I came back on Saturday and Guido showed us 2 of the trucks I was interested in. Went for a test drive in them both and that was it we were ready for pricing. Guido let Darel know that we were ready to make a deal and Darel came back with a fantastic price. So now comes the paper work I was pre-approved with my credit union with a great rate and Dan asked would we be interested in a better rate if he could get one we said sure but were not holding our breath. He went away for a few minuets and blew the credit union's rate away. And with that I felt right at home buying my ram 1500 from Arrigo. So now we are waiting for the truck to be finished being detailed and met with Mark ( After Dark ) He went over every thing about my new truck , 4 free oil changes, towing coverage, and much more. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Whatever you do... NO NOT buy or take your vehicle here!! This is by far the WORST service I have ever gotten. Not once, but twice did I have my Jeeps Whatever you do... Not once, but twice did I have my Jeeps serviced there and BOTH times, they for some reason do not have the right contact information for me to update me. So I was left 4 days w/o a vehicle the first time (they don't give loaners, you have to rent a car- NOT OK!) This time I had to call 3 times just to have someone help me and find my car. They are very unprofessional and do not take anyones business seriously. This will be the last time I take my car there. Save your money, time and energy and go to another dealer. This place SUCKS!!! Bad to Positive! I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee July 5th, and just my luck within 500 miles the transmission started acting up. I travel for work so I hardly had a chance to really drive my new Jeep and was really frustrated that this problem happened so fast. The service department was having a hard time figuring out what happened because of these new transmissions its still really new technology so they were talking with Chrysler but I was becoming more and more upset because I hardly got to use my new Jeep! After speaking with Joe the GM they decided to swap out my Grand Cherokee for another one! That's customer service! They took a bad situation and turned it around for me and let me tell you I was having really bad doubts about owning an American product coming from a 4runner. I hope this one holds up and there aren't any more issues. I wanted to thank Howard my sales man, Dan my finance man and of course Joe the GM! More
