He worked hard to get me a competitive interest rate that worked and went through all the details of the finance. Once the paper worked was signed we reviewed the car operation, insurance and got everything ready to go. I was very please I made the trip out west from Fort Lauderdale to by my New Jeep at Arrigo. The reason of Why I bought a vehicle from Arrigo Dodge/Chrysler is because they are a dealership that went above and beyond. You can imply what that means to you but to me it's all about customer service. The staff is friendly, professional and they work with you. I spoke with other customers while I was in their dealership and one couple I remember were looking at a Chrysler 200. They felt the same as I did about your dealership. I contacted Arrigo looking for a used car. When Collin first spoke to me he asked about getting a new car instead. I was hesitant at first because i did not think it would be possible. But after several first spoke to me he asked about getting a new car instead. I was hesitant at first because i did not think it would be possible. But after several days he advised me that i had been approved. He was very patient and helpful. Having the pre-approval made all the difference to me prior to driving to Arrigo. Once i arrived he had pre-selected a car for me. A 2013 Dodge Avenger. Drove beautifully and i fell in love..... From there i waited all of 20 minutes to then sit with Ken Fin who explained the financing, my pricing options and signed the ten thousand documents necessary in a car purchase. He was patient and very thorough. From there I walked back to Mark in the Dark (his nickname because of the dark glass in his big beautiful office). There Mark explained all of the roadside features i have with the car along with the servicing. He was great, experienced, knowledgeable and very funny. He puts you at ease after all that paper signing. From there i was taken back to Collin who had the car cleaned and gassed up. He handed me my keys and off i went with a smile on my face. Buying a car is very stressful but i can honestly say that everyone at Arrigo that i encountered was pleasant, helpful and made me relax. I highly recommend Arrigo Dodge at Sawgrass. I have to say that even though they didn't have the color car I wanted, I ended up with the car I had dreamed about and under budget. We went in just for some test rides and the car I ended up with wasn't ev car I wanted, I ended up with the car I had dreamed about and under budget. David and the Arrigo Team made my dream come true and I drove her home the same night. I will say if you want a specific color....order special or get there early. I could have had my color if I had gone 1 day before. More

They are TERRIBLE! My dad got a truck from them, it broke down 1.5 months later. They told him TOO BAD!!!! Then, wanted to charge him WAY too much to fix it. They shouldn't be allowed to do that, they probably put a temporary part in the truck to sell it knowing it would break down. they could ahve tried to work with him on getting it fixed or a better pricing than $1,500 more than anyone else in town!!!!!
