Wayne went through his entire inventory to find me the best vehicle to meet my needs, my wants and much more. Then Alberto took me around to find the perfect vehicle. Alberto was professional, knowledgeable, and literally went out of his way to show me everything a Jeep could do and more. He is an asset to your company please hold on to him Once I decided on a vehicle Wayne was professional and helpful with my options when trading in my vehicle. Wayne literally knows your business inside and out; there was not one question he could not assist me with. Wayne is a huge asset for customer relations, smoothing my anger from visiting a prior dealership (LOL), and just being awesome. Ken Williams and Manuel were very helpful, nice, and knowledgeable; as well. They assisted in finance and delivery. Let it be known: Ken Williams was awesome because my insurance company misinformed me on coverage after completing sales paperwork and Ken was sweet enough to redo all my paperwork with a smile. I wasn't excited about going and spending the day trying to purchase a new car, but all three made the process extremely easy and I was out within a few hours, which is unheard of when it comes to buying cars. There is a reason why I have stuck with this dealership over the years - and their service is always top notch. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and especially these three employees. Purchase #4 2015 Wrangler 4 Door Rubicon Not much to say here besides the fact that Ozzie was great just like last time, he is very attentive to your needs and caters to what you want without pressuring you into something else just to make a sale. This was my 2nd experience with Ozzie for a reason and not only will recommend him but I would use him again if I purchased another vehicle. This was my first time eith David in finance because Rob already was gone but he was great and got me and awesome deal so I was happy. More

In the end all was well Just sticking to the facts... I made initial contact through the Internet and received an email and a call promptly. When I called back, I spoke with my salesman twice, the second time confirming exactly the price of the vehicle we discussed. I had to call back 4 times to get the name of the payee on the cashier's check. I finally just looked up the name of the actual company on the Florida Secretary of State and called back asking for the official treasurer of the company. I drove 20 miles to get to the dealership. The salesman did not remember the price we agreed upon, so I paid about $500 more than I had agreed to. We gave the finance manager written instructions how to title the vehicle. We got home, only to realize that the vehicle was not titled as requested, and that the floor mats were two right-hand sides, with no driver's side. We had to go back and have the title issue corrected and get the correct floor mats. Now we see that whoever installed the temporary tag did not secure the bolts correctly, and one is missing. The people were polite and professional, but the foregoing recitation is factually accurate. It has been 9 years since I purchased a new vehicle. I hope it is longer until the next one. More

Wonderful experience Walked in met Tom he was great , friendly , and helpful ! We walked out got in our new jeep and drove home !!
