Paperwork was prompt and explained by Ken in Finance and finally Mark After Dark went over all the options in the car. NEW CAR... NO SPARE KEY? I worked with Anthony whom helped me get a great deal on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased on 11/17/2015. However before leaving the dealers I worked with Anthony whom helped me get a great deal on a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased on 11/17/2015. However before leaving the dealership, Manny who 'worked' in the Delivery department told me he did not have a spare key for me and that it had been misplaced. I requested that I have it overnighted to me considering I was purchasing a brand new car without a spare key. He stated verbatim, " I don't know if the accounting department will approve the overnight shipping costs." Are you kidding me? It is now December 9th and I still have not received the spare key. I have confirmed multiple times with the sales reps of the correct mailing address and it still has yet to appear. Maybe this post and negative review will get someone to act upon this. More

peace of mind found after days of searching After 2 long days of searching for the right vehicle, visiting different dealers. I had no luck getting the vehicle I wanted with in my budget. Either I needed to put more than the 10K I was already giving down. Hence, we will still not meet the monthly quote I needed. I decided to go to arrive before giving up. I was greated by the front desk and refered to a determined salesperson Darian. He assured me that they can help us. I did feel a sense of security with this dealer and the way the salesperson spoke to me. I did not feel as if I was getting pushed on a car. Just to get me out. He made it known that if i was not haopy he was not happy. We searched for the car crunch some number and still we couldn't get the figure I needed. My credit is not great. It's poor. So I knew I needed to give a hefty down payment , but more than 10k that was pushing my budget. I worked with the GM of the store very cool, humble, and down to reality. After him doing the best and getting close to my monthly budget for the car payment and I mean stripping the 2016 jeep to what it cost them I was still above 70 dollars. I made it clear I was not comfortable paying 70 more. Even though it's just 70 I know what is my safe heaven. I told him I will sleep on it and get back to him. I was pretty bummed about not getting the car of my dreams. As I was driving with my wife the salesperson called me and said Robert the GM worked out a deal with Chrysler capital. They will lease you the car below your monthly budget including taxes and the best thing you do not have to give your whole down payment. It felt as if all my wished came true. Mind all other dealership said that I did not qualify for a lease because of my credit score and I am a first time buyer. I got back to the dealer and was out of the door in less than 30 minutes. David at finance, great dude! He will have the best pizza in town one day. Tyler in delivery made my anticipation to receive my car worth waiting for. He took care of letting me know about my keys, oil changes, car books, Etc wicked Christmas tree they have setup. The other delivery employee props to him man. We should all have a little more Christmas spirit like him. Happy holidays. Arrigo has become part of my family. No other dealer to go to. This is number 1. Good job team!! More

Extremely satisfied, why go anywhere else? We were in the market for a new vehicle for at least a month. Searching online, and reviewing every dealership within 200 miles of our home town. We spent many nights driving hours just to test drive and browse the inventory at least 4 dealerships. Then we decided to drive a little further, and give Arrigo a try, because of their large inventory. We felt confident that we would find what we wanted in a Jeep there. I inquired online about a few Jeeps, and Luis in Sales followed up with us. He was not pushy, but polite and understanding that we were making our way to their dealership eventually. He did not text me or harass me with annoying calls. When we arrived, Luis greeted us outside, and took his time to listen to what we were wanting to see that day. He had already done his job and making sure that he had the keys available for the Jeep that we were interested in. His knowledge in every make and model was impressive. He guided us though every step of the way, and made our buying experience very pleasant! More
