Anthony Cardoso (Sales) did a great job in making it all smooth and easy. Rob, from Finance, was direct and made all the options available easy to understand and choose from. To top it all off, Mark "after Dark" closed it out by familiarizing me with the vehicle. I freaked out after I saw that Mark had a 30 gallon fish tank with not only fish, but also a frog. He reached into the tank to pet the fish, an they let him. Amazing! Last, was the interaction that got me away from the Palm Beach store and drove me south to Sawgrass. Wayne, the Senior Sales Manager, heard what I wanted on the phone, made a few calls , and within a few hours, I was on my way to the dealer to make the deal happen. Wayne, you are the man! Swift straight forward dealer in and out under 3hours I met with Don W. And test drove a truck on a Wednesday afternoon, told him what I wanted and my price level. My dealings with Don and Rob in sales, Ken in finance and Tyler in delivery were comfortable and smooth, I would recommend these guys to everyone. The purchase of my 2016 Ram 1500 was one of the easiest auto purchase I ever made and I am very happy with my new truck. More

dissappointed with aftermarket help first let me start off by saying i have purchased 4 cars from this dealership when it was fairbanks. Throughout the years I've continued with them for repairs etc. I called them this week because the tint i added to my car is all bubbled and i cant see out my window. It had a lifetime warranty so i called and was told tint was done with old owners, fairbanks and not new ones, arrigo and there is nothing they can do (this is after going thru repairs, sales, and management because they had no idea what to do about lifetime tint) I'm a believer that you buy a database of customers...with all the good and bad...and those customers issues should be dealt with if you expect them to return....what could tint possibly cost a dealership....but they've lost a customer forever.... More

the process of buying a vehicle from dealership First before you get there, take along food any kind doesn't matter since they don't have a good variety to choose from and for Pete's sake don't brin First before you get there, take along food any kind doesn't matter since they don't have a good variety to choose from and for Pete's sake don't bring along children no matter what. Next be prepared to spend the entire day yes that right at least 4-6 hrs is standard. Get as much sleep the night before do your home work and fight for every penny, don't take anything for granted when it comes down to money, don't be afraid to (1) get up from negotiating the cost or payment's from table go take a break get some coffee or a can of soda, which every dealership has (2) always, always get copy/copies of any documents that is used during this negotiation and I do mean all of any, next if you are not satisfied with your experience walk no sorry run away (lol,lol), these folks are there to make money and will do all that they can to help you close a deal, always go over that foot long yellow document (ALL) for once signed, you have just bought a vehicle to all those going thru this process Good Luck . If you do go to Ariggo D,C,J,F dealership ask for Mr. Joseph Inod what a great sales person to go thru the buying of a new/ used vehicle , I for one am very Happy with my purchase of my new Dodge Journey thanks to all concerned, I would recommend everyone to go visit Ariggo Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Fiat dealerships, before you go to another dealership to purchase a vehicle go to Ariggo you will have a good sorry great experience, the staff well they are very knowledgeable and will help you with everything they are there to make your experience a fantastic one. Purchased new vehicle and no payoff check has been given I have never had such a horrid experience at a dealership, I purchased a vehicle on dec 19 and was promised a payoff check of a very small amount and I have never had such a horrid experience at a dealership, I purchased a vehicle on dec 19 and was promised a payoff check of a very small amount and I have not received anything. The worst part is that I have not received anyone's phone call advising me of what is going on and why the check is not in my possession still. Seems like after you get your car Arrigo does not care to follow through with their promises and their deals. Extremley unhappy and I am waiting on my check. More
