Great I was recommended to Anthony Cardoso by a friend. He showed us a car but my fiancee was not to fond. He then asked her what she liked and she said a Wrangler, he explained that those vehicles would not fit into the budget we had said to him. He then proceeded to show us a Jeep Cherokee. She liked it and we just started walking the lot. We found a vehicle that had just come off the truck. We told him we found one. He explained the process but took us to another one that was in the garage and we test drove it. Then he ran the numbers as far as discounts and stuff. Then our credit. Everything checked out and then we met with LT Dan in finance. He explained to us the bank offers, the programs. He was not pushy at all, first time ever seen, LOL, We made the deal and had to return the next day after the vehicle was inspected. I reutrned the next day and met Anthony. He took me to Mark After Dark in customer relations. What a joyful person. He explained everything in detail and at the same time was brief in time. My overall experience was OUTSTANDING. More

I am a car snob So, I am a self proclaimed car snob. I have owned several different European cars, and have never owned an American made car, because, well, I am a c So, I am a self proclaimed car snob. I have owned several different European cars, and have never owned an American made car, because, well, I am a car snob! :) My daughter and her boyfriend both own Jeeps, and they are always saying "it's a Jeep thing"... so I wanted to find out what that meant. Upon arriving at the dealership, we were met by the receptionist, cant remember her name. She put us together with Ryan Tapp, our salesman. I test drove a Jeep Sahara, and quickly realized that I REALLY was a car snob. What is all the hoopla about a Jeep? Or so I thought.. next up was a Grand Cherokee Limited... ok, more my style, nice leather cushy seats, all the bells and whistles, and even some things that I will NEVER use! Test drove it, and was hooked! Keep in mind, that I LOVE my car, and still do! It was hard to part with my 2012 BMW... after all, like I said, I was/am a car snob! Driving away from the car lot in my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I looked back in the rearview mirror at my trusty red companion of 4 years, and bid her farewell for the last time. Ryan Tapp was awesome, he was patient with us, he answered all of our questions, and even negotiated the best possible deal for us.. he was great to talk to as well.. we shared our stories, learned everything we could about that saying "it's a Jeep thing".. so I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited! Oh, and the F&I guy was pretty cool too, his name is Rob.. and the most fun of all, Mark after Dark, the customer relations guy.. he was a hoot. ... told us all about his fish, and everything we needed to know about the Jeep. Went to help my son and left with a car for myself! My son had an appointment and asked that I go with him. I told him that yes but not right away. He was very observant and asked if I drove a mechanical car, I told him that we all did. He showed me a new 2016 and told me about the sale on it. He didn’t need to say much more I left with the car. He continued to work diligently trying to accommodate my son and help him find a car he could finance. Great guy! More

We did not need a new jeep for we loved ours and it only had 30,000 miles on it, we specifically did it for a lower percentage rate and it just made ore sense for us. From the first phone call asking about Jeeps, with a very friendly Esty, they were on it. When we arrived 30 min later Collin, from sales, met us right at the front door and didn't waste any time in bringing us right to the Jeep section. I am very picky and although they had many jeeps to choose from there was nothing I wanted, either not the right color, or did not have something I preferred. Collin our went out of his way to search for my requests, At last my jeep was found but it was on a truck which wouldn't deliver for 10 days (who cares it was perfect), Collin set me up with a car rental,l which Arigo paid, for until my jeep had arrived. The enterprise guest relations agent was also amazing, even hooked us up with a challenger (FUN)!. Robert helped us with financing and got us the rate or at least close to it that we wanted. He was honest and to the point and gave us a few options to work with. So we got a brand new limited edition filly loaded and upscaled from a sahara to a rubicon for a cheaper payment. Now Alana! she is the service manager, WOW! She totally took care of us and putting a lift kit on out car, she searched and found someone who would spray paint the springs to match the red detailed color on the jeep, then sending me photos of the job after it was done!!! She kept me informed the entire way, as well as Collin. Collin text me a photo right after the Jeep arrived off the truck. Tyler helped us with the delivery of the jeep, giving us and explaining all our equipment. I wish I could give this dealership and employees more than 5 stars, they were on point and made you feel like a friend not bait. More
