Easy and fair. The salesman, Raul Gonzalez, was easy going and informative. He applied relatively little sales pressure. Also liked that he was a veteran (Marine). I had established my trade-in value ahead of time via Kelly blue book and by getting an appraisal from CarMax. Raul worked to meet that value with little fuss saving me a trip back to CarMax. The Finance Manager, David Kelly, was also very knowledgeable. Again, I had done my homework up front and showed him the best rates I could get from my banks. He was able to come close enough to meeting them so for ease of the deal I went with it. Mark “After Dark” in customer relations did an excellent job going over the high level features of the truck and I was off with a brand new RAM 1500. Part of the deal was to add sidesteps. A few days later I returned for this installation. The Service Advisor, Alana Kunkel, took great care of me and was in excellent humor for 1st thing on a Monday morning. I would rate my experience with everyone I dealt with at Arrigo a 5. More

He was am Best Jeep dealer in South Florida. I had the pleasure of working with Troy at Arrigo Sawgrass and couldn't have asked for a better salesman. He was amazing to work with, very professional, knew all the ins and outs of the vehicle, was very personable, easy to talk to, was honest and always had my best interest (something most car salesmen lack). He was never pushy and made sure we were taken care of. I also had the pleasure of working with David in finance, again I was impressed with the quality of customer service. David was awesome, honestly one of the best finance managers I've ever worked with. He was so patient and super helpful he made sure my new car experience was a smooth one. Once the finance portion was taken care of I met Tyler for delivery, again so helpful, explained all the ins and outs of my new Jeep, explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle. This was hands down the best dealership if ever worked with, Troy, David and Tyler are the definition of EXCELLENT customer service. More

I kept constant contact with my sales rep waiting for the car to arrive. 2 Days prior to my car arriving they sold it to someone else. After it had arrived and was sold they kept lying telling me car had not arrived yet... After 5 days of lies I had to Show up in person for them to finally admit they sold my car to someone else... NO REAL attempt at making it better they just saw it as another sale. They tried selling me a similar vehicle that another dealership had without a true SUPER DEAL considering what they had done... I ended up buying the vehicle but NOT FROM ARRIGO the dealership that had the car saved me $1,600 under what ARRIGO told me was the BEST deal and only because they "messed up". They even admitted that I was the second person that week they did the same thing to... Bottom line DO NOT TRUST THEM... More

Never go for repairs I wrote this to the Service Director Mr. Pete Martino I have a modified Dodge Grand Caravan 2005, because it has a ramp to enter with my wheelchai I wrote this to the Service Director Mr. Pete Martino I have a modified Dodge Grand Caravan 2005, because it has a ramp to enter with my wheelchair. I Went to Arrigo Sawgrass to fix a problem I had with the door locks of my van. They came to the conclusion that the body control module was bad and they would have to replace it. The van spend all day in the workshop, I got a call from Bob Greenberg. He asked if the van had been modified and I answer Yes, but that company does not touch what refers to door locks. He told me that it was OK and that they would work in the car. That was all that he told me. Check your recordings. At the end of the evening he call me to pick up the van, they couldn't fix anything and Bob Greenberg said that I had to pay for the work that they did. Arriving at the office of Bob Greenberg I said that I would carry my van, and he said that for that, I would have to pay two hours of labor, they never fix the problem, How I'm going to pay for something that was not fixed, Bob Greenberg said that when he call me by phone He told me that changing the BCM would not resolve the problem and that I told him to just do it. Bob Greenberg never told me that by phone or in person, instead he gave me the assurance that changing the BCM all would be well. I did not want to discuss because talking with Bob Greenberg is like talking to a wall, in addition to make up that I told him "that if the work repair would not fix the problem, I want it anyways", I said that he didn't tell me that and He replied that he told me that by phone (NOT TRUE), I was with my wife and prefer not to discuss with him. I have had previous problems to repair my car in Arrigo Sawgrass, I thought it was a serious company and ensured his work, but I was wrong. I have been his client for more than 5 years and you can be sure that I will never go to Arrigo Sawgrass again, they just lose a good client like my wife who has a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012, and myself with a Dodge grand caravan 2005. These are 2 cars that in the near future will need service, but because of their ineptitude to do the job we won't come to Arrigo Sawgrass not even to do an oil change. I Paid $445.20 for the BCM malfunctioning and charged me $251.29 for labor that didn't solve the problem. The only thing I ask is that they returned me the money that I paid for something that does not work. He answer me that He will talk to Bob Greenberg on June 14 but nothing has happened since that day, I wrote him 4 times and no answer. More
