REPEAT CUSTOMER I have owned a Jeep for the last 8 years. My daughter who is now of legal driving age has traveled to and from school, sports, vacations, and a whole I have owned a Jeep for the last 8 years. My daughter who is now of legal driving age has traveled to and from school, sports, vacations, and a whole lot more in this Jeep. My family and I went back to Arrigo after looking and test driving a new Jeep. We also just purchased a 2016 Dodge Charger. We made sure we again dealt with "Howard from Broward", as he made our recent purchase enjoyable. Howard had shown us some vehicle pricing for us to consider and advised us that the make and model for which we were looking was in such high demand that they were currently out of stock at this location but he would still help us in getting one transferred over from another location. He also said that there was some on their way, expected with the next few days or so. This was great, as it gave us time to truly consider all our options. Howard again was going out of his way to make sure that we would get exactly what we wanted. My daughter wanted a black Jeep Wrangler sport 4 door. Howard found out that, thats exactly what was being delivered and on its way to Arrigo. Now that we found exactly what we were looking for we crunched numbers and came to an agreement. We met with Rob in finance again, and he was very patient as we had him take us through multiple scenarios. What if we leased? What if we put down this dollar amount? What if we put down another dollar amount? Rob was extremely sensitive to our questions and our requests and was able to show us all the figures so we could see what worked best for us. Even though we walked out without signing anything. We stayed in touch with Howard over the next couple days and made arrangements to meet with him and Rob again once the vehicle came in to seal the deal. They made our experience so great as they helped make our daughters first car buying experience one she'll never forget. Oh, lets not forget to mention Tyler with the delivery. Exceptional Experience Normally, I am very skeptical when it comes to car dealerships because I always believe they would never have their customer's best interest in mind b Normally, I am very skeptical when it comes to car dealerships because I always believe they would never have their customer's best interest in mind but only their own. When I came to Arrigo Sawgrass, they proved that stereotype wrong. Lt.Dan Welsh, who was in charge that day, directed me to Eddie Garcia, who would be my salesman. Not only was he very professional but he was honest and straight-forward, a rarity in that line of work. I went with the intention of getting a used car and something cheap but Eddie convinced me that a new vehicle would be better for me in the long term and to find something that I would really be happy with. I even got to test drive what would eventually be my new ride, a Jeep. He worked with Rudy from finances to find an affordable monthly payment for me. He went above and beyond to make sure that I left a happy customer. Mark After Dark, who has an amazing personality(and fish tank), went through an in depth explanation of the features and paperwork for my new Jeep. It is refreshing to have a buying experience that was not stressful. Everyone at Arrigo Sawgrass that day went out of their way to make sure that I left a happy customer. Service Center Could Care Less When I purchased my Jeep here a few years ago, the sales person advised me that the service here was exceptional, much better than any other Jeep dea When I purchased my Jeep here a few years ago, the sales person advised me that the service here was exceptional, much better than any other Jeep dealer. Maybe I was never given the pleasure of working with the 'exceptional' service reps, because mine have been completely oblivious to the fact that customers are the reason they have a job. It's ridiculous even get someone to answer the phone, or make an appointment, or even get a call me back to make an appointment. Then when I finally did have an appointment (after nearly a week of calling), the service rep was oblivious that I was there, so I left after watching her chit chat for over 20 minutes. I left without service and won't be back. We're done. More

My salesman Max was very helpful and very honest when it came to the overall process and did not make me feel pressured to buy anything. I knew what I wanted to look at and Max showed me exactly what was in my desired criteria and didn't try to up-sell me one bit. I decided to take a test drive of the Jeep Patriot, being that I've owned several Jeeps, I really liked the fact that the body was designed to closely resemble my 1996 Cherokee that I loved so dearly. After my test drive, I was very pleased with my overall experience with this new vehicle and decided to purchase. David went above and beyond to get me a monthly payment that I was comfortable with considering my credit isn't the best and I was putting $0 down. Mark After Dark was awesome, he has a great personality to have at a dealership especially since any buying experience can be stressful. More
