By far the worste I am not the type of person that likes to spend or waste their day at a dealership. I try to do everything through email or text. I Rob know the yea I am not the type of person that likes to spend or waste their day at a dealership. I try to do everything through email or text. I Rob know the year, make and model we were looking for as well as options and asked him to get us his best deal. I advised them I was serious and not looking to waste their time nor mine. Rob was amazing and got all the details of the deal together, we submitted an application after the deal was discussed an agreed to, all we had to do is go in and sign paperwork. Probably 45 minutes. No bull, no games. Amazing, amazing, amazing. I tried to do the same this with Arrigo, and dealt with a Lt Dan. He is the type of person that gives car salesman a bad rep. I tried to do the same this with Arrigo first as I have purchased two other vehicles from them, should have learned my lesson,as they were terrible experiences as well. So, Lt Dan said he would take care of me as I was a returning customer. worked the deal out, agreed and went in to get the car. It took them 30 min to find it, and when they brought it up, it was covered in bird shit and dirt, great presentation for me wanting to but the car. We went into finance and it was nothing we discussed or agreed to. Finance called Lt Dan in, we explained that this is not what was discussed, he tapped on the desk and said, "Guess we cant do the deal" and walked out. Really ? If anyone is in the market for a new car, DO NOT HESITATE to contact Schumacher Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Delray and ask for Rob Piekielski !!!!! 100 thumbs up !! More
