He said he would get back to me after he speaks with their GSM and also mentioned its the end of the month so their a little busy. Fair enough. This was 2/28. I never heard back from anyone until 3/4 with an automated email from Nick. I sought out another Jeep dealer and to order my Jeep. Pretty crazy they let such an easy, $50k sale get away from them. All they had to do was place my order and take my money. Says a lot about their sales departments arrogance. More

And yall the add ons in the contract, when I spoke to Mr Riley the next day, he said everything was legal, unfortunately it wasn't ethical, like paying $158 for a tag we already had , only to extend it 3 months, shameful and disappointing. We had been told since our son had worked for Arrigo we would be treated like friends and family, hope that is not how they really treat friends and family, Disappointed in Arrigo, wont be going there for service . Can't cancel the service contract we didn't want, involved another trip to the dealership, and now that we paid off the car I guess we will need to go back for the 4th time to get a refund on the extended warranty. They sold me a lemon I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee, a month later the car had several lights on including the service engine light, it had an issue with the ABS sys I purchased a new 2018 Jeep Cherokee, a month later the car had several lights on including the service engine light, it had an issue with the ABS system. The car was in service for nearly 30 days. Chrysler tried to rectify the issue under the Lemon Law by getting me a replacement. However, such transaction needs to be done through Arrigo as they sold me the car. Arrigo looked at cars available in their lot and tried to sell me a more expensive car, not a replacement car. That means the customer will have to pay the difference. I wanted the same car with the features I had purchased. Bottom line Arrigo was no help and Chrysler is now buying my car back. I would have preferred a replacement but dealing with Arrigo was a dead end. It is bad enough you get a brand new car declared a "lemon", but making the process difficult is just plain wrong. You would think they want to make things right to ensure the customer will return. I would NEVER purchase a car from them again, nor will I recommend them. When I first bought the car the salesperson called me daily to ensure I would complete the survey with perfect 10's. Those ratings need to be earned, mostly if they want repeat customers. More
