Never been so scammed in my life We have all had some bad experiences at car dealerships, but this one is the worst by far... I initially spoke to the car salesman, Michael Diaz, who told me point blank that I would not need to pay the rest of my lease if I were to return the car and lease a new car. Of course when we were discussing finance payments, the Sales Manager, Dan Welsh, and Michael said I would have to pay for it all. Prior to going in, the dodge website says the car would be $242 plus tax and $1,999 down. Dan welsh tells us it would be $359 + tax and $3,495 down + inception fees. Dan Welsh said they had to raise the down payment to take into account the rest of the lease that I owed, even though they said it would be all taken care of. Dan Welsh kept trying to use the MSRP of $34,170 when their website clearly marked rebates of $5,273. When Michael said he was going to get the Sales Manager to talk to us, Dan Welsh, Michael came back with a piece of paper with the word 'NO!'in big red letters and underlined. Dan welsh refused to speak with us and just had michael bring that paper with the word 'NO!' on it. They could not explain how they got their extremely high numbers and could not explain why they would not match the numbers from the dodge website The salesman Michael diaz did not even know any of the products as well and was trying to convince us that the blacktop package did not come with stripes and we would have to pay to add them. Even when we showed him the black stripes were included on the dodge website, he told us that it was just a glare, which after continuous efforts to show him it was not a glare, he just shrugged it off. I could not believe how Dan welsh would not even come close to the numbers that were advertised and how disrespectful he was by writing the word 'NO!' in big letters rather than talking with us. I also could not believe the lack of knowledge and blatant lying that michael diaz displayed. More

I called and got firm numbers on a lease with very low interest rate and good price. During the time I drove up there I texted all the info to the salesman (Raul) who had everything teed up for me. No surprises on price or unwelcome fees. True sign and drive. I paid zero dollars out of pocket, had a reasonable monthly on the lease, and the finance guy Steve zipped me through without any pressure tactics. Tyler at delivery gave me all the little things that come with the car and got me out the door. The entire process took less than 1.5 hours start to finish, which is amazingly short in my experience (lyft dropped me off at 12:42pm, I texted first pix of car in my possession to my wife at 2:12pm). I would highly recommend doing business there. A little out of my way because I live in southern Miami-Dade, but it's right on Sawgrass Expy so was easy to get there. More

Easy, smooth and friendly. I went online to see the inventory of the car I was looking for, put in a request for a sales person to contact me. Within minutes John contacted me b I went online to see the inventory of the car I was looking for, put in a request for a sales person to contact me. Within minutes John contacted me by email to see if I had any questions and to set up an appointment soi could see the car. When I spoke to him on the phone he suggested to fill out the financial application online before coming in to speed up the process so I did. I had a 10 am appointment, got there a little early and John was ready to help me. The process from test driving the car all the way to finance was very easy. I was out of there by 12:30. More

He took me to the truck I wanted and 45 min later with the help of Steve a and Mark I drove out with my brand new Ram 2500. They actually drove with me to the gas station to make sure I had no problems handling the bigger truck, helped me transfer my items and got running boards installed. Great people. More
Frankly deceitful!!!! I purchased a Grand Caravan in 2014.Yesterday,i found out my van WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE SPARE TIRE.I reached my salesperson DON W. who redirected t I purchased a Grand Caravan in 2014.Yesterday,i found out my van WAS NOT PROVIDED WITH THE SPARE TIRE.I reached my salesperson DON W. who redirected to me to another guy who simply told me he should have told me then WHICH HE DID NOT!!!I had such an aggravation when I found about just when I needed it most.I exited the dealer explained that I had to buy an inflatable kit ,almost 300 $,AND pay extra for installation.This is really outrageous! !!!!
