Horrible customer service Went to Arrigo to buy a new Jeep for my wife. They were great when i was there as i knew the salesman who was exceptional (HECTOR MOYA). He did everything in his power to make the experience great. The sales manager and finance manager were also very nice. My problem began when they had to pay off my wife's car. They never obtained the adequate payoff and went by the wrong payoff. I even paid extra money to make up the difference so that they would payoff my account. They took so long making the payoff that it harmed my credit score by over 50 points. my account went into default due to their negligence. I have never seen such unprofessional conduct and lack of care. They did everything wrong when it came to making sure the deal was complete. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone and will make sure to spread the word so that others are not hurt from an experience like this one. More

I was very disappointed in how long we ended up sitting by ourselves in the lobby just waiting on people to come help us, not very many people said “hi” or even smiled when they would walk by, not very friendly employees, except for the ones that were actually helping you. I love my new truck, Howard from Broward did an awesome job in getting it down here and was very friendly. Detail crew was very lazy to me, they left someone else’s copy of their drivers license and a empty bottle of water in the glove box. Last thing, you should not leave the customer left alone to just sit there for a long time by them selves, it was some times up to 15 minutes, in my opinion that should not happen. More
TECH USED MY CAR TO JOYRIDE Picked up my jeep from Arrigo service dept after they charged me $129.95 just for looking at it and doing no work. When I walked out to my vehicle I found a Chase bank envelope in the door of my car. I looked at the paperwork of amount of miles driven compared to what my odometer said and i was different. I don't use chase bank and emptied out my car before leaving it with them. so they used my car for a joy ride. Told my service writer and he didn't seem to care and then talked to the service manager and he wouldn't believe one of his staff member would do that, pretty much calling me liar. I had issues with this dealership when i bought it and now issues with the service dept. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! this place is unprofessional from the writer to the management to the cashier girls in service dept who deep sighed and said out loud " why won't the people stop calling" with other customers standing around. Supposedly the manager is going to do some investigating and such but we all know nothing is going to come of it. Next time I'll drive to a different Jeep Dealership just to avoid this place. More

We agreed to a deal with George of turning our car in 3 months early and getting a new lease, our second (and last with them). We were very clear multiple times that we wanted to just give them our old car and get a new one WITHOUT having to pay for the end of the lease. Why would we? The car worked just fine and we could have kept it an extra 3 months without an issue. He pushed us hard to come in early and do this and the only reason we agreed to was because we wouldn't have to pay for 3 months of a car we didn't have possession of. We did and they did a very good job of tricking us into them only paying for 1 of the 3 months we had left on the first lease. "We don't want to pay anything for the car we're turning in" was our exact words to George MULTIPLE times, and via text message. He said "No problem, no problem" multiple times. Then I spent nearly 2 weeks trying to get in touch with the Manager Robert Karp who never returned my 4 emails or phone calls. I had to call into them nearly a Dozen times to get him to return my phone calls. I have the call logs to prove it. We certainly will be taking our business elsewhere and making sure to tell our local community about George and this company and their deceptive practices. I'll stick to my Audi over Jeep any day of the week. No value for customer relation here, all they want is your signature on a piece of paper and then they care nothing for you. More

I will be back for a third I have been to the dealership twice for new vehicles both times I was helped by Michael Diaz. He was very professional and understood what I wanted an I have been to the dealership twice for new vehicles both times I was helped by Michael Diaz. He was very professional and understood what I wanted and did not try to switch me to another vehicle. He worked for me so that when I finally showed up to the dealership I was in and out within 2 hours compared to the normal all day that it normally takes. And the finance manager John Riley again as professional as could be. He just like Michael knew what I wanted and didn’t waste my time he made the signing process quick and painless. It took maybe 10 minutes once he had everything printed up. Again fastest I have seen at a dealership. I will be back again my truck lease is up in about a year and a half so I will be visiting them again. And my hats off to the desk manager that worked my deal and worked to get me were I wanted on the car. More
