Steve (sales) was great to work with over the phone/ net before I walked into the dealership. Prompt replies to emails and he made things happen. He sped us right through the paperwork. Mark (customer relations) was the best. It's obvious why they have this man working customer relations. Very knowledgeable and he wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience. Cons: Steve didn't initially want to show me how to put the top down on my new Jeep. Really? He said "It's easy, just remove the windows and throw the top back. It's in the owners manual" I'm not asking for a run down on every feature on the car that I bought sight-unseen, just teach me how to properly remove the top so I don't damage the damn thing. When Mark was giving me my "exit interview" he asked if I had any questions. I mentioned that I would like to be shown how to properly remove the top and was taken aback when I explained Steve's glossing-over of the subject. I guess Steve heard him barking from the back of the showroom and Steve offered to show me how to remove the top on my way out. I'm glad he did. Overall these guys are very straight-forward and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. No need to be too wary of sharks here. Would buy from again. More

One being price, under $10K, second-some warranty remaining, third-needed to fit my disabled husbands needs-tilt up wheel and ample drivers space. We had been out all day long visiting 5+ dealers, and had become discouraged. I had seen an internet ad for a car, and made my appt. for the last of the day. Sherry had responded promptly to my email and set the appt. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were expected and welcomed with friendliness. Sherry was so efficient, informative and helpful, and treated us like family. Honestly, we felt we could have adopted her into our family. We were there hours, going back and forth with the Credit Union, papers, etc. Sherry stuck with us until the job was done. I have a stack of her business cards and will continue to sing her praises as well as the entire Arrigo operation. Keep up the good work...it is showing:) More

The communication with the dealer ship was poor. The majority of the communication was conducted via email or text message. I picked the car up on 03/05 after multiple emails and finally calling the dealership and leaving a message the car was finally registered on 03/23. They merely put my old plate on the new car. Thank you to Connie Biller for tracking down my paperwork and getting my car registered. My car did not have and still does not have a spare tire. Dealership said it was ordered and I have not heard anything back. I love the car but the dealership left a lot to be desired. More

Mark who handed me the keys to my new SUV. The receptionist very friendly, and even John from the service department who accually met me as I walked up the day of the purchase and led me to where Mitch was. I contacted Dan because my current lease was expiring. I had researched the vehicle that I wanted online. Dan and I spoke, he emailed me the paperwork, which I completed and emailed back. When I arrived at the dealership, my Jeep was washed, prepped and gassed up. All the paperwork was ready for me to sign. I was actually in and out in 45 minutes with excellent service. More
My daughter Jenny was around eleven years of age when we first discussed her buying a car upon obtaining her permanent license at sixteen. Between working at our properties doing apartment cleaning, lawn maintenance, working in our company, and allowance she managed to save $4,500.00. After discussion with my wife we decided that considering Jenny's grades, commitment to tennis, and her great attitude that buying a new Jeep Wrangler in exactly the color our daughter wanted was an option. This was a major decision in our family. After going to several dealerships we visited Arrigo Dodge in Tamarac, Florida, and found a whole different experience from the others. The moment we entered the dealship we felt the sincerity that comes from a family owned business that appreciates the money you are considering spending. Everyone we encoutered could not have been nicer and our salesman, Daniel Welsh, was very knowledgable about the vehicle we were considering. Dan was professional in his approach, knowledgeable about his product, and someone I can honestly say I would do business with again. We picked the car up on Christmas Eve and Dan was not there because he was spending time with his family but that did not matter. As Dan had promised the large balloons were in the back of the jeep and Robert came out to make sure that we were satisfied with the car before we drove it away. As a team I have never purchased a car in any dealership where there was such a focused commitment by everyone to customer satisfaction. The car was clean and between Daniel Welsh and Robert we understood exactly what we had purchased. Christmas morning when my daughter opened that box with the key and took a minute to figure out "where there is a key, there must be a car" will always be one of my fondest memories. I feel good about the way I was treated by Arrigo Dodge and making my purchase there. I wish them the greatest success in 2011! More
