Disappointed I went in and purchased a used 2009 Dodge Challanger R/T, I purchased it As/Is so I understood the risk. After we took it for a test drive, did the paperwork, transferred insurance, we were told that the vehicle had a recall for an airbag and that we couldn't take it until they fixed it. I feel they should have told us ahead of time, or better yet have the car ready to go before you sell it.. Not a deal breaker, but an inconvenience. We felt very uncomfortable when another employee calls our Salesman a derogatory name right in front of us. While the salesman played it off, we felt embarrassed for him. Not a deal breaker, but very unprofessional. Two days after we take delivery of the vehicle the transmission locks up. We contact the dealer and the person who answered just said "ok" and places us on hold, after 20 minutes we decided to take the vehicle for repairs at another local Dodge dealership. While I don't directly blame the dealership for the vehicle breaking down, I did not want to deal with anymore issues and decided against taking it to them. Overall we did not have a pleasant experience with this establishment, except for the salesman, who was very helpful, courteous and professional, I would not recommend this dealership to my friends or relatives and will never visit there again. Based on my experience with their Service Department I cannot recommend buying a car from this dealer. Brought my used Jeep in for service and my Service experience WAS TERRIBLE.
