Prior to visiting Arrigo Sawgrass Dodge I had walked out of several dealerships discouraged at the poor customer service I had received. The moment my wife and I walked in we were greeted with a friendly "welcome" by a young lady at the service counter who quickly called for assistance for us. LT. Dan Welsh then came over and introduced himself without any delay. We explained exactly what we were interested in so as to not waist any time and Dan delivered. Within a short time we were pre-approved and had test driven the exact automobile that we had come to look at. We then met with Ed Constanza in the finance department who was extremely knowledgeable, and more importantly, from a customer service perspective, personable. He worked with us on getting the finance options that we needed in place and did so in a professional, courteous manner. Upon completing the paperwork needed we met with "Mark after Dark" who explained, in great detail, all of the services we were given with our new purchase. As we were leaving all three gentlemen made their way out to the parking lot to shake my hand and essentially thank me for the business while congratulating me on the new purchase. Being in the retail management field myself I understand the importance of providing an excellent customer service experience, and these gentlemen did not fail. LT. My vehicle was in for a warranty service on 01/25/2012 thru 01/26/2012. Customer service was great. All of my issues were resolved except for one issue with my transmission. The experience with this dealer was nothing but pleasurable. As soon as walked in a young lady asked me what I was looking for. I told her that I was looking for a Jeep Grand Cherokee 2012, she cal pleasurable. As soon as walked in a young lady asked me what I was looking for. He offered me options and we sent to see what he had available. I saw the car I liked and he went to get the correct key. He took me for a test drive while he explained all the perks that this Overland had. I asked if he could throw the running board to the deal. He talked to the manager and he was able to get them. I moved on to the finance guy Joe Fin. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I was done in not time, mind you that I had to sign 100 papers ? he explained all about the warrantee and what he suggested the best options for me. No pressure at at all. And then we moved to Mark ‘after dark” guy. Very nice guy, asked how my experience was and explained more about the car. I have bought many brand new cars in my life; I can tell that these people were not pushy. They were extremely nice. I will do business with them any time.
