Super disappointed! !!!! I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and I have never been impressed with your service department. On my last visit I was given a rental !!!! I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and I have never been impressed with your service department. On my last visit I was given a rental and it stunk from cigarettes. When i went to pick up my car I had to ask for the car to be pulled up and when he did the car was filthy! He said it had been washed. I had just had my car detailed and it was filthy. He took it through the car wash. It made me wonder if anyone had driven it. When I entered my car I looked at the odometer and it had been driven 9 miles from when i dropped it off. I just dont think that is normal. Nit happy at all More
