The sales department was excellent and I usually am satisfied with service. This past service was a disaster. I had an appointment and no one even looked at the vehicle for 2 days but only after I comp satisfied with service. This past service was a disaster. I had an appointment and no one even looked at the vehicle for 2 days but only after I complained. I was given a free rental that was not comparable and I got a flat tire on my way to return it. Just a terrible experience. I will not use Arrigo for service again. More

Appointment for Express Oil Change at 9am, 2 ½ hours later asked the service tech the status-he had never consulted with me, or voluntarily shared what the delay was---he gave excuses and actually said, "I didn't think you would mind waiting". Really? For an Express Service that scheduled an appointment for? He took care of two men that came after me. I felt like he kept me waiting because I wasn't a man. Then he denigrated me for speaking up. Check-out was a problem too. He tried to charge me for services performed the were included in my service plan. Then when my car was finally brought out of service--which I was told that washing it--which they promised to do when I arrived--looked like they sprayed the car with a hose and didn't even vacuum it. I had to ask for a towel to wipe off the windows and actually had to do it myself. Been an Arrigo customer for 8 years, was going to bring in a friend to buy a new car and now, we will go where a woman and her business is valued. More
Fortunately, I was able to get an appointment for the next day. Unfortunately, it was for a problem that my very new car had already been serviced for! Claudio and the team did a good job. I thought that Video Feature that you receive by email while you are waiting is awesome! The Waiting Room is O.K.. Not awesome but O.K. And the Alfa Showroom is the best Feature that you receive by email while you are waiting is awesome! The Waiting Room is O.K.. Not awesome but O.K. Need to listen carefully what customer is asking to check on the car. The follow up on jobs from Service Dept is vague. I’m still awaiting a call for the sunroof parts of my Alfa Romeo.
