So terrible disappointed in the service from Arrigo Fiat. We towed our daughters 500x in which was still under warranty because it was smoking and would not drive. We were told there was significant damage to radiator from road debris and would have to be replaced. The parts were on back order. We were not updated regularly from Arrigo. When car was finally ready they would not release the car to us because they had not received payment from the insurance company. Our insurance company investigated and sent Arrigo copies of all the checks. Turns out the checks that sat in the Arrigo accounting office for weeks causing our daughter to be without her car for almost 2 months. Claudio said it was not the service departments fault and there was nothing he could do about it. 4 days after we got the car returned we were driving her back to college on the Turnpike when her trim on left front bumper started coming apart and hanging out perpendicular causing a dangerous situation. She was following me and I saw the entire thing come apart as 18 wheelers were passing her at 75mph! We had to pullover and call turnpike road ranger who said the clips on bumper were not properly placed. He removed the piece and we continued on to Alabama. We called Claudio our service tech and no return call. 1 week later my daughter was driving at college and the trim on the right front bumper was hanging off causing the exact same situation. Not only that but now that both trims had fallen off the entire front bumper is hanging loose. The car is literally falling apart! This all occurred after the front of car had been taken apart to repair the radiator and improperly put back together. The worst part is that we cannot get anyone from Arrigo to take this seriously. Our daughter is 800 miles away with her car sitting in a parking garage because she is petrified to drive it. There is no Fiat dealership in Auburn Alabama. We sent pictures to Claudo the service advisor and he has passed our info onto someone else. The GM never returned our call. Our insurance company who paid for the repair says we have to settle it with Arrigo ourselves. This is unacceptable and terribly upsetting. More
