Super unhappy with Arrigo. I have my Stelvio serviced there and previously thought that Claudio did a great job but this last experience was terrible. I brought the Stelvio in for major 20K service but there was one small issue that I emphasized: my tire pressure monitor (TPM) was indicating that my tires were around 40 PSI each which is too much air. I emphasized to Claudio that I wanted to know if the TPM had an issue or if the tires were overinflated and he actually wrote it down on the service order. But service totally ignored the issue and I got the car back with no change --- it turned out the TPM was accurate and my tires were overinflated which means that service did not even check the air pressure when they did the tire rotation. The real pisser, however, was that I was having a super busy day at work so when I got the invoice on my laptop, I immediately paid it online so I could quickly pick up the Stelvio and go --- but at the dealership, Claudio refused to let me have my car! He kept saying he had not received any indication that I had paid even though I showed him my Arrigo receipt email. (Did he think I was lying?) So I called Discover and even after the woman there assured Claudio that I had paid the charge, he refused to let me have my car. Things were getting pretty heated and unpleasant before he finally relented. This was the second bad experience at Arrigo in the last couple of months --- the first was when I bought the Stelvio at the end of my lease. The lease agreement contained a firm buy out price and yet Arrigo tacked on nearly two thousand dollars for an "inspection" and doc fees and insisted that the charges were mandatory. I had to fight like xxxx before they finally removed the extra charges that should not have been added in the first place. These kinds of sales tactics are why dealerships will become extinct. Right now, Arrigo has two strikes against it . . . don't know if I will give it another chance to disappoint me. More

After giving a great review the week before they missed the fact that I had a nail in my tire. When I looked up Pirelli run flats for a replacement I learned they were warrantied for 1 year against road ha the fact that I had a nail in my tire. The service center did not know about the warranty and when I showed them they refused to look into it. They told me to take the tire and do the claim myself. When I contacted Pirelli they said Arrigo service center has to do it. I basically paid almost $400 when it should have been free. I sent an email to Arrigo asking for someone to reach out to me to educate them on the warranty and no one has called me. Updated 5/25/22 - the manager Michael called me and at least looked into the warranty. He said the Pirelli warranty is 1 year from when the car was built apparently for anyone that has this issue. More
