My experience at Arrigo Alfa Romeo West Palm Beach was excellent. Paid over $1000 and didn’t fix car - RF module was bad - replaced (and charged $175 for a $60 Chrysler part) when I picked the car up the key gobs didn’t work - they told me to replace batteries (which I ha replaced (and charged $175 for a $60 Chrysler part) when I picked the car up the key gobs didn’t work - they told me to replace batteries (which I had JUST done. I replaced batteries and not only did not work but car wouldn’t start. I had to fly out of town. Car was still dead when I returned - had to have it towed back to your shop at MY expense. You have had it 1 full week and I can’t get any information on it, nor will the service coordinator call me back. Very disappointed. More

My service advisor Claudio Perez is amazing! I have had to be there three times in the last month for an oil change that was expected then that turned into two recalls that I showed up for to be I have had to be there three times in the last month for an oil change that was expected then that turned into two recalls that I showed up for to be replaced which also turned into another repair/part that I needed replaced for my front headlamp . All together in the month of September I was there three separate occasions .However, this was not the fault of Claudio or the dealership. It instead due to some parts being on back order from the manufacturer which is not the fault of the dealership or service. Claudio was amazing and kept me up-to-date, calling me and letting me know as the parts came in so that we could then set up the correct date and time for the appointment to get them taken care of I’m 1 shot. Every time I arrived at all three appointments this past month he was courteous, polite, and professional, as always, and got the work done in a timely manner. He also made sure to let me know what was covered under warranty, and any possible cost that I might have to incur. Claudio texted me while in the waiting room and also checked in on me with updates personally during all three appointments. He also did follow up via text after the appointment to ensure everything was done correctly and to make sure I had no questions or concerns. The individual that did the service work ( I do not know that person’s name) but I do want to give a shout out to them as well for their hard work. Out of all the dealerships that I’ve been to over the years this dealership and service department outranks all of them and truly is a comfortable environment to go to, which is not something that I find with most dealerships. I do feel strongly that all of this is based on the way Claudio handles himself and his impeccable work ethic. He has incredible follow-up skills, his professionalism and upbeat personality are on point! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for an Alfa Romeo or to get service done on their vehicles. Great team, great service! Thank you for everything!
