I took my car for check on oil gauge,that was reading low was told that it would take 20 minutes to check 1,45 minutes later i had to ask where is my car ,almost ready was the response, nothing was wrong acc was told that it would take 20 minutes to check 1,45 minutes later i had to ask where is my car ,almost ready was the response, nothing was wrong according to service manager ,except for a minor leakage from radiator that may be causing car to run hot and perhaps burning more oil,so I made arrangements to return my car the following Monday early so I woul be able to have the car ready by afternoon for a job that would take 5/6 hours,service manager never called me I called to check several times and he told me that was almost ready, 1pm /4 pm finally around 615 pm I got a call to say car is ready . Well that was over 10 hours and the car was not cleaned because they didn’t have time for it the service manager had offered me a rental vehicle,but I had explained to him about the inconvenience,,and that is the 3rd time that I was given a timeframe and not fulfilled, and vehicle dirtier after promising that it would be washed I love the vehicle ,but the service leaves me very disappointed.] More
I found the car of my dreams on the True Car website, filled out the form to get in contact with the dealership and 10 minutes later, Larry was on the phone with me answering all of my questions. He was patient, attentive, knowledgable and even dealt with my dad and his shenanigans when I was out of town. At every step of the way, Larry checked in on me and walked me through the process. For a young woman, it can be quite daunting to buy a car through a dealership because you're afraid of being ripped off; Larry calmed all those fears. I can't recommend him enough! Arrigo is lucky to have him. Lando in the sales office helped me while Chris was out for the day. He's also pretty nice. The car itself needs some work (mostly cosmetic), a new windshield and I'll purchase an additional key fob since it only came with one. Total, it's coming up to be more than I budgeted for but the car runs great and has all the features I wanted. More
