The service team at Arrigo was very helpful. We just moved to West Palm Beach and love our Alfa so was happy to know they were here. My car broke down less than a month after the company replaced the engine. I was told by an employee to tow it to the dealership… where they were unable to diagnose the issue until three weeks later. Som replaced the engine. I was told by an employee to tow it to the dealership… where they were unable to diagnose the issue until three weeks later. Somehow, the issue was unrelated to the repair. Five total weeks and THOUSANDS of dollars later, I have my car back. I was also responsible for renting a vehicle the entire time my car was on site- except for 6 days that they gave me a loaner (after going directly to GM). That’s hundreds more in expenditures because of their inability to stay staffed. I understand that the pandemic has been hard on everyone, but not having transportation to my employment was devastating to my finances. Claudio and Bill were friendly enough but here was no attempt to rectify the stress they put me through. When asked for photos of the damage to verify that it wasn’t a result of their previous repair, we were left hanging. Between the cost of the repair and my experience here, I will be selling my Fiat immediately and warning anyone else I know to skip the hassle of dealing with this brand. More
