Dealership advertised, quoted and negotiated with me on what they called a brand new car. Drove a long distance only to find a dirty car with almost 900 miles on it already; not the 2 miles quoted in the v what they called a brand new car. Drove a long distance only to find a dirty car with almost 900 miles on it already; not the 2 miles quoted in the vehicle proposal emailed to me. I was able to negotiate the price down as I was now purchasing a used vehicle, however the sales associate made some remarks that were inappropriate regarding the price of the car I was paying when (after 2 hrs of waiting) the car still needed cleaning/more detailing to be done. The process was extremely and unnecessarily slow; 4 hours total. The car should’ve been clean upon our arrival and the true mileage should’ve been disclosed; they knew we were driving over an hour to close the deal a couple hours in advance. After purchase I had emailed, called and texted the sales associate as my closing documents were left behind in the USB and zero response. I had to call the finance manager to get my flash drive mailed after a month of owning the car. I also purchased the car outright and still waiting for my title after almost two months, so the process of trying to get someone to help me again has begun. I love my Alfa Romeo but the customer service from this dealership has been terrible and far from a luxury vehicle buying experience. For these reasons I unfortunately would not recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase a new car. More
They can't get an armrest for my car that I bought at their dealership. Parts department never answers the phone or returns calls. Service told me part was in and scheduled service. I had to go through a lot of juggling to drop my car Sunday night for service Monday. They called me saying they were missing a nut and it would be at least another day. I had no way home from work and ended up walking 4 miles in the rain. They could have sent a courtesy ride fir me since they couldn't deliver as promised. The prices are too high for service so I only go to the dealer when the job is too big for Firestone. I liked the video they sent showing the car's issues and the plan for fixing it as well as the video when it's done. The mechanics seem to be knowledgeable and the car appears fixed. More
