Basically they are great. This last appointment was far from it. I had a major leak in the car. I explained that when I made the appointment. My appointment was a Wednesday. I dropped car on Tuesday afternoon as my ride was available then. I advised many times I had 2 doctors appointments on Friday! I do not understand why if a dealership is backed up they could not give me my car back. I could have kept my appointments. And brought back the car!! I got back the car Friday. This was the second car I bought from this dealership. The other car they kept beautifully for me and that car is still running good for my brother. 2003 Trailblazer. I would like to point out that my car (bought new)is a 2018 Equinox with a little over 10000 miles. I Want to point out that I usually wait for my car as rides are not easy to make. I am retired and make my appointment with them with that information and never had a major problem. I will still use them as I want them to keep me safe!! More
