Called to make appointment and Jessica was great, answered all my questions only to be questioned by Chris when we arrived. I understand he is new, but questioned everything that was verified by Jess answered all my questions only to be questioned by Chris when we arrived. He also did not have answers to questions and needed the help of other employees to answer. 1.5 to 2 hours was quoted for the work and we received a call vehicle was ready approximately 4 hours later. I like the idea of washing the vehicle, why not wash it when work is completed and not when customer arrives and then has to wait? More
