Even though my problem was not solved it was not due to matteson service it was the third party company who sold and installed a janky remote start. He has worked with me and took my frustrations and he does what he can do to fix the problem but again it’s the remote start and the remote start brand and it just garbage and doesn’t work. It still doesn’t work and I’m now on the 4 or 5th request to fix. I’ll continue to work with mr baker and Arnie Bauer in matteson to have them resolve the problem and get me a remote start that works everyday. More

My transmission slipped and I immediately brought it in for service. The front desk is always nice but they couldn't find a problem because the light had went out. So no light no service. I just had it in for service and the electronic shifter was the problem. It worked fine...at first and now I can feel and hear the problem going to 2nd gear and the difficulty when I hit the gas pedal as the RPM goes higher than normally needed. But they can't repair it. They can not find the problem. Waiting for light or for transmission to show more extreme signs More
