I walked in . I was not greeted, I walked in the service area after awhile and neither of the 4 men working the service area said anything to me. Can’t remember his name but was very kind and a bit funny… I asked where were the girls that are normally here and the response was they went back to college. Those girls are truly missed sometimes. Old workers that has been with a company for awhile especially older workers that has worked in an place for awhile feel as tho customer service is beneath them, and truly customer service is what sales….. if I am asked to rate my visit this time.
