Highly upset at the customer service rendered. Dropped my vehicle off at 8 30 am. At 5 30 pm i realized i haven't been reach upon. When i called i was told car wasn't being looked at and Technicians were my vehicle off at 8 30 am. At 5 30 pm i realized i haven't been reach upon. When i called i was told car wasn't being looked at and Technicians were leaving for the day. I was offered no other explanation other than leave it or pick it up! I couldn't leave cause i worked the next day! Highly upset at my experience. More
