I thought the part I needed should have been covered under warranty. It wasn't so I had to have the work completed and paid for out of my own pocket. Awesome customer service with Vince. It was extremely busy, but you wouldn’t guess it because you were immediately greeted when you drive in. I was directed to the service area . In less than 5min Vince stepped to me to review the purpose for my visit. He tentatively listened to my concerns and then politely directed me to an area l could relax while l wait. The time flew by and he was back reviewing my vehicle with me and what was done. We chatted a moment looking at pictures of our cars and I felt like we’d been friends for some time and that day was my first meeting with him. I left your business feeling awesome about my experience that day and was smiling for some time because of my unexpected delightful visit for my oil change and other concerns with my vehicle! I’ve been to this location for service before and have always been good, but this time I left smiling for a longer time due to the Great customer service provided. Thanks Vince, you made my day!
