The service was excellent. Went in for a oil change also got tires rotated. I have purchased 3 vehicles at Arnie Bauer. This experience was horrendous. I usually ask for Mark Diehl who is excellent but didn't really feel I needed to request him. I brought my GMC Terrain in experience was horrendous. I usually ask for Mark Diehl who is excellent but didn't really feel I needed to request him. I brought my GMC Terrain in because I had a low tire pressure alarm. I supposedly had nitrogen in my tires, which I paid $200 for. I was told by Rowland my salesman that I would never have a low tire pressure light again. So I believe that the nitrogen was never put in. The serviceman, who didn't give his name approached me with an attitude. I wanted to know how it could be proven that the nitrogen was put in, he stated he couldn't but would fill the tires with nitrogen. He never asked my name. He took my vehicle and told me it would be 1 /2 hour to 1 hour, it was an 1 hour 20 minutes. When my car was done, he stood at the entrance to the waiting area and called out, " your car is done, it's out front". He then turned his back and walked away. I witnessed all the other servicemen coming out and speaking very kindly to their clients. Also I noticed all the other cars coming out of the service area were washed, not mine. If he worked for me I would cut him loose. No need to reach out to me since this was a one time experience. I do believe the GM tried to reach me but I run a very busy cardiac floor and was unable to answer, no message was left. Pamela Purdy More

Excellent job of helping me late in the day when picked up a nail in tire and ran battery down filling it with my pump. I called and Bill had no problem getting me fixed after I got a jump start .
