They were able to confirm the stock was available, and even set me up for an appointment to come test drive. When I arrived, I was greeted by James and helped throughout the test drive process. I also dealt with Angela for terms & negotiations, James (again) and Ashley for delivery, and Jeff for finance & final paperwork. The staff all around was great!! They were upfront and fair for trade-in value of my car as well as transparency with theirs. I was purchasing a used vehicle, but felt just as valued as if I were buying a new high-end luxury vehicle. This was by far the smoothest interaction/purchase I have ever had with a car dealership.
